Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice faucet. I bought this 16927 faucet to replace an older 16927 in order to keep same Delta faucet look already installed in the house by builder. For some reason, the new faucet has poor flow rate compared to the old faucet which was same Delta model. Looks like the GPM has been reduced substantially and for a kitchen faucet it really doesn't cut the mustard. Otherwise, nice faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good faucet. A replacement for the same type of Delta faucet that we had for 12 years. Very sturdy and functional faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks Bad I bought this faucet and it has leaked when you shut it off. For a while you could turn the handle a certain way to stop it but now it just continues to leak. I have to cut my water off under my sink to keep it from leaking so frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet Bought this to replace one that was "for life", but died rather quickly. This design goes so well with our granite counter tops, love the pull-out feature and overall design. Was very easy to install, the old one was harder to get off than this was to put on.

How can I clean mineral buildup in the aerator screen?

Asked by: Anne
Hi, Anne! Thank you for your question. We recommend to remove the whole sprayer assembly from the hose assembly and soaking this in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water for an hour or overnight to clean any debris and buildup at the aerator screen. Best Regards, Rosanna

I have the 16927 kitchen faucet with soap dispenser. I have never been able to use the soap dispenser because the bottle is too tall where it is located under my sink. Is there a shorter replacement bottle I could use?

Asked by: Kimber
Hi, Kimberly! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a shorter bottle assembly for the soap dispenser for the Delta 16927-SSSD-DST faucet. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best Regards, Rosanna

What is causing my faucet to leak? I have a debonair 16927-SSSD-DST. What part do I need to fix it?

Asked by: TammyRoy
Hi, TammyRoy! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna
