Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet Have had this faucet for about 4 years - absolutely loved it - last month it started to drip. Went to local big box store ( with the name and style of faucet) sold me a part that didn't even go for this faucet. Looked on this web site and discovered that it was guarente - called 800 number their customer service is GREAT and no I didn't have sales receipt - no questions asked - received part and works great THANK YOU DELTA

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesnt hold up to heavy use! we use our kitchen sink probably more than any other sink in the house. I have replaced the cartridge 3 or 4 times now. I have spent more on cartridges than the faucet. There is black gunk around the base, almost looks like a rubber gasket has failed and now the gasket/seal to hold the handle back in the base is lost its form and falling off. Heading to Menards again to buy replacement parts.....disappointing!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not totally satisfied. I had purchased this faucet less than one year ago, and the oval o rings have malfunctioned. One totally broke, the other will not stay in place. I have not been able to find the exact replacements, which is VERY frustrating. Menard's does not have an o-ring that will fit and function exactly! I have always been very satisfied with Delta products,,, but am losing faith at this point! Further; the on line manual does not show these o-rings separately, as they should.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad cartridge, valve and handle- leaked 3 times in 1 year We purchased this faucet a year ago for $149. Since its installation, it has leaked badly into our base cabinet 3 times now and ruined it. The assembly broke apart, the set screw in the handle stripped out and the faucet originally came with a faulty cartridge. We do like the sprayer feature that pulls out and the button to switch from a stream to spray. The soap dispenser is great but hard to refill without disassembling. We purchased this faucet not only for the look, but because we felt Delta was a solid brand we could trust. We had hoped to have this faucet for many years. We are very disappointed and we really hope Delta's customer service can redeem our faith in their products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Spray wand oval rings will not stay put We bought this faucet last year and had our plumber install it for us. However, after about 6 months I started to have trouble putting the wand handle back in the base. We could not make them come together and the gap was at least a quarter inch. The 2 oval rings that are on the end of the wand that goes into the hose had popped out so I pushed them back in and have continued to do that to make it fit. Now that is not working for us. I'm hoping there are replacements so we will be going to Menard's to discuss that with them. We have also have a squeaky handle that is very finicky about the position to keep it from dripping water. My last Delta faucet lasted over 20 years without an issue. I don't think this one will make it that long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple & efficient Works great !!!! Only 1 complaint. The handle turns water from lukewarm to scalding with just a little movement to the hot side!!!! I know there is a switch you can access to get a mix when handle is in the middle, but sometimes you want the water to be real hot for soaking etc. just wish the normal operation of the handle had more of a gradual range!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic customer support have had this faucet since I built this house 4 years ago. It has been just fine. Lately however the Mrs. pointed out that the movement of the faucet body was diminishing. it used to move side to side about 60 degrees, now it moves somewhat stiff and only about 20 degrees. After researching the faucet instructions and parts lists, I could not determine a cause of the problem so i called their help line. The person seemed very knowledgable and advised the problem was not to be remedied by a new part, and that since the faucet had a lifetime warranty, a new faucet would be on thhe way. How about that, a real honest to god lifetime warranty. Thank you Delta

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice piece of hardware! I purchased this faucet to replace another with a "lifetime" guarantee. The faucet with the warranty lasted about 6 years. Far from the lifetime it was supposed to last. This faucet I purchased made by Delta is quite nice, it is much heavier than the previous model by another company which it replaces. The finish is flawless. Installation was quite easy and there are no quality problems that I have found. It's a nice looking faucet and it works very smoothly and is quite easy to maneuver and use about the sinks. It is a nice accent to our kitchen décor and it's a functional part of our everyday lives.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As advertised The major reason I purchased this item was my one one broke. What broke on it was the hose to the hand held unit. Thus I was looking for a replacement with a braded wire hose. Couldn't find one at my Lowes so settled for this model. The sales person that helped me stated the hose material was the best on the market for a sink faucet. I am taking his word on that and will see. Other than that the unit is great.. specially like the button on the spigot/handle that switches the flow of water from a flow to a shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking faucet Generally this faucet looks and works great. The only negative things about it are: when you run the water through the faucet, it sounds louder than our old faucet (a different brand). You can hear it almost everywhere in our house. I'm not sure if it is the water supply lines provided with this faucet or if the sound is coming from the aerator. Sometimes (but not always) the faucet will drip out some water after it has been shut off and an adjustmet to the handle has to be made. This faucet is effortless to operate and it looks great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unforgiving I bought this singled handle faucet as a replacement for another brand when that one quit working after 18 years. The plumbing supply house had stopped carrying the other brand. So, I chose a Delta 470 DST Sink Fct 10R3 Pull Out, as similar to the old faucet as I could find, at $191.92, plus tax. It APPEARED to be exactly what I wanted. This faucet has annoyed me a whole year. Today, scalded several times, I've had it. The water comes through either hot or cold, there is a hairline space where the water is warm. The dishwasher and the clothes washer both use that hot water tank, which I keep at 125 degrees. Today, I called the supply house and am now going online to find a more forgiving single-handle faucet that will allow a mix of cold and hot water. This is the only Delta faucet in our house. It is now temporary.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Black ring at the bottom is making black lines down my sink!` This is the second attempt at writing a review...somehow the last never got published. I paid three hundred for this faucet and two hundred to have it professionally installed. After 1 1/2 years the black ring at the base began deteriorating and black stuff was going into my sink. I make bottles in the sink, so I am very concerned. I called Delta and they sent me a new ring. I called again and they told me they sometimes wear out. I am supposed to take the dink apart and have it re-installed for another 200.00...so in 1 1/2 more years I can do it again??? I don't think so. I have owned may homes and many faucets and have never had such a problem. I am still living with the faucet and trying to wipe the black stuff around the base, but really this is unacceptable! Delta needs to improve this faucet and stand by their products and customers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works better than any other faucet we ever tried!! We recently had it installed and after a little piece of a plastic washer clogged the internal strainer was removed ( the company that installed it took responsibility for using the incorrect item when installing it caused a severe restriction in the water flow) thanks to the information from product support we were able to remove the obstruction in less than 20 minutes we were back at the original amoutn of water flow we had from when it was installed only a week prior. Works great and easy to refill the soap dispenser. On our next home renovation we will use only Delta brand faucets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks after 1 year of use. Bought this product from Menards. Installed fine, worked great for 6 months. Bought mainly because of features and design. After 6 months, it started to drip when off. After a year the handle/base started to leak a lot. Thank goodness Delta offers a warranty. These are the parts replaced under warranty after the first year: • new wand (finish was coming off) • new valve assembly - leaked around base and where the handle attached every time we turned it on. Leaks onto the counter top, and leaks into the base cabinet. • new hose connecting the wand - support tech seemed to think the leak in the base may have been the hose, so he replaced that too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of Installation and Performance This faucet was very simple to install. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. It came with virtually all pieces required to install and operates perfectly. The fit and finish are excellent. I cannot think of anything that I can find fault with. This is a superb faucet and I will use nothing but Delta in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Our second delta We purchased this because our last Delta worked great. This model is a little touchier getting a good temp for washing dishes. Just a tiny bit to the left and it can be too hot, just a tiny bit to the right and it's too cold. We dropped the temp of the hot water heater to try to compensate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Faucet- Needs one minor tweak Fantastic faucet- 2nd one we've purchased. Replaced the faucet at our old house with the exact same unit. Only complaint is where the pullout inserts back into the main body- it could be designed a bit sturdier and made to actually lock in so the seam between the 2 parts isn't as obvious, or gapped if not pressed firmly in. More of a visual annoyance than anything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fair Product I have had this faucet 1 1/2 yr. and I have already replaced the spout and it squeek when I turn it. I like the looks, but that's about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this faucet I was looking for something modern that would last as well as one that was made in the USA. I saw this and loved it right away. A man and woman were buying the same one, he was telling her it was the same one he had installed in his previous house and it was great. So, that was another plus for me. It has been installed for a month now and I am very glad I bought it. It was an easy installation too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faucet has annoying drip -- almost since Day One The faucet leaked within a week or two after installation. When the handle is in the Off Position the faucet drips from the spout. The recommended fix is to replace the Valve Assembly (part RP50587). The part cost almost $40 + shipping/handling. This after I paid almost $300 for the faucet plus the labor cost for having a professional plumber install the unit. Very disappointing. No more DELTA products for me.

I have an older version of kitchen faucet model 16929 in stainless... We recently had some work done on our well which stirred up sediment. The recessed aerator seems to be clogged and water flow is limited. How can I clean or change it

Asked by: JacMal
Hi, JacMal! Thank you for your question. We would recommend to soak the whole sprayer assembly in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix. Soak this for an hour or even overnight to clean. If this does not fix the issue, we would recommend to replace the sprayer assembly. The part number for the sprayer is RP47284. Here is a link to the part: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP47284 Best Regards, Rosanna

The small rubber like red/blue that covers hole for faucet handle. Can that small red/blue rubber piece be purchased?

Asked by: Old Hat
Thank you for your inquiry, Old Hat! The RP46127 Red/Blue Indicator button would be the replacement needed to be purchase separately, for the Delta Classic Pull-Out Kitchen 16929-SD-DST faucet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/73040-PD%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Tanya

I have a Delta kitchen faucet with the following numbers on it: A112181. I need a new pump for the soap dispenser. Which one will work?

Asked by: Terru
Thank you for your question, Terru! The pump for the soap dispenser included with the model 16927-DST is part number RP47888. The number A112181 designates a plumbing code and unfortunately does not indicate the model of faucet. I searched for “pull-out” kitchen products with the MagnaTite Docking feature and this product (MODEL#: 16929-SSSD-DST) popped up. Under Product Features: Technology, MagnaTite is listed. BUT the detailed specs do NOT list it. So which is true?

Asked by: Soart
Hi, Soart! Thank you for your question, and we do apologize for the confusion. The Delta 16929-SSSD-DST pull out faucet does not have the MagnaTite Docking feature as this feature is only on our Delta Pull Down faucets. Best Regards, Rosanna
