Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet I am a female, and I installed the faucet. The only issue I encountered was a vague description of the two washers that were included. The instructions didn't specify which washer to use in each application. I called Delta, and they readily provided an answer. I purchased the same faucet for my vegetable sink five years ago, and I have really enjoyed it - which is why I purchased another one. I like the magnetic lock on the pull down sprayer, and the pull down is much easier to use than a separate sprayer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy install and love the way it works Loved my first one, so when we moved into our new home had to have the exact same faucet. My Husband installed with no problems and worked great the first time. The ease of use and the feature from normal flow to a spray with a touch of a button. It never drips and the magnet feature always reliable. Just love it and would recommend to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the pull down feature We replaced our Kohler kitchen faucet with this one because of the hole situation in the granite this is the only one that worked.I love this for the great water pressure and pull down feature which gives you the choice to stream or spray. Down side is the "stainless" gets dirty and all inside parts are plastic compared to the kohler which was copper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the newer technology, especially the magnetics in the sprayer head. Reasonably priced for a high quality product. Makes being in the kitchen more enjoyable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall pleased after getting accustomed to new handle; very pleased with lifetime warranty Bought as a replacement for an improperly installed faucet that had been leaking and was damaged beyond repair. A plumber installed this one. Took a while to get used to the different handle because at first it seemed to move too easily to hot water. Figured out I can control temp if need be, but got used to it and now think it's even easier to control temp than previous handle. Disappointed that it's not actually steel or any kind of metal; plumber calls it space-age plastic, but apparently that's the industry norm now, so I guess I can't complain.

How to remove RP51503 bonnet nut on 16955 sd dst

The part it is attached too will move when trying to unscrew the bonnet
Asked by: Jim
Hi Jim, Thank you for your question. It sounds like the whole valve body is turning as you are trying to loosen the bonnet nut. You can try retightening the mount under the sink and/or have someone hold the valve body as you unscrew the bonnet nut. The nut itself unscrews in a counter-clockwise direction. Thanks, Dave

What repair part do I need for a leaking faucet?

My product number is 16955-SD-DST Victorian single handle pull down. It just wont shut off. It drips, drips,, drips afterward.
Asked by: Nancy
Hi Nancy, Thank you for your question. The RP50587 valve assembly is the part that controls the water flow and may need to be replaced if your faucet is dripping. Make sure that there is no debris on or in the cartridge or valve body preventing the cartridge from sealing shut. Thanks, Dave
