The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite® keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture-perfect. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal® Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex® PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to five million uses. Only Delta faucets are equipped with Touch-Clean® soft, rubber nubbins that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger.
  • MagnaTite docking keeps the kitchen pull-down spray wand firmly in place with a powerful integrated magnet, so it stays docked when not in use
  • DIAMOND Seal Technology features a valve embedded with diamonds to ensure like-new operation for the life of the faucet
  • Includes matching finish soap dispenser
  • Touch-Clean spray holes allow for easy removal of hard water build-up
  • 1, 2, 3, or 4-hole 8 in. installation

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far...it's great! We have only had the faucet installed for less than a week, but so far, we love it! It looks great and works very well! It has a lot of power and it is easy to use! From the shipping to the final product and use, we love it! It is thicker/wider than I thought it would be, but that's ok...it's sturdy and looks very nice. I wish the rest of our kitchen projects (i.e. countertop installation) went as smoothly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product for the Price We are extremely happy with this product. It was an easy installation and it has been in place for approximately 2 weeks. We love it. I am still getting used to the one handle water control - but well worth the money. In fact, we paid quite a bit less on line. Would totally recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sevice The faucet came in less than 5 days after i placed the order! The product just liked those from the Big box stores with at least 25% discount. Definitely shop here again for my other home improvement projects. Highly recommended! Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Add some class My daughter and son in law were remodeling their kitchen and I recomended that they get a Delta faucet like ours. They chose the same model but a different style. It looks great and works perfectly. They very much appreciated the gift and they love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased Easy installation and very pleased with appearance as well as operation. Only question is getting used to position for full turn off of water flow, but consider that a minor irritant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice looking faucet, but sprayer head difficulties This is a great looking faucet, but the sprayer head button that allows for a stream or spray is not functioning properly. The button seems to stick. I took the head off and did some inspecting to find out that the valve inside the head is not opening and closing properly which means I get a half stream, half spray all the time. Luckily Delta has a Lifetime warranty and did not ask any questions about replacing it. This happened right out of the box and the bad part of it is it will take a couple of weeks to get here......

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, a faucet that works! Fantastic faucet that works as advertised. It was very easy to install as it was a single hole installation. I did not install the soap dispenser and would love to find a counter-top model that matches the faucet. The detachable spray head works perfectly and the magnetic connection fits tightly with no slack. Well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent buy Excellent design, price and function for our new kitchen. Highly recommend. We looked all over and ended up with this one, and I couldn't be happier. Modern yet sophisticated and works great. I ESPECIALLY ove the magnet that keeps the pull out faucet in place. The store showed a lot that were hanging from customers tugging on them, so this won't show that type of normal wear and tear over time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT BUY This faucet was the right fit for our newly remodeled kitchen. It blends in with our stainless steel appliances and it compliments our other faucets throughout the house (Lahara Series). It did take a little to get use to using, however it works flawlessly. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their exsisting faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet The hardest part was removing the existing faucet, which required a special tool from the local hardware store. The new faucet was very easy to install; the tools and instructions provided helped a lot. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and experience with this vendor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy! My kitchen faucet started leaking and the handyman chose this faucet as a replacement. As he was installing it, a part inside the hoses broke. He returned it to the home improvement store, brought in another one, and it broke, too! I would not buy another faucet from this line. This has also soured me on choosing any other faucets from Delta. Caveat emptor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful upgrade We completely remodeled our kitchen and needed a contemporary faucet with stainless finish to match our new appliances. This Delta model is sleek with wonderful fit & finish and the pull-out spray head works fantastic. Our previous faucet with separate spray attachment was also a Delta and worked great (gave it to my son) so we trust them to deliver a quality product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from blockage problems We love the look of this faucet but there are problems. A professional installed this faucet but after a week the water flow progressively lessened until it became a trickle. We pulled disconnected and dissasembled the faucet to pull out the water line and blew it out with a compresser and black carbon like peices of plastic came out and it was fine for a few days until it became clogged again. repeated the process, again, and now it is flowing fine. I do'nt know where the small black peices are coming from, perhaps from inside the line itself, maybe the lining is defective. The Delta company offered to send a new water line awfully readily, perhaps they get this complaint often? Still waiting for the new line they offered to send.

I purchased this model not to realize till i got home that I need a vent where the soap dispenser goes.

So I really liked the looks of this model and was excited about the soap dispenser but I have a vent where it would go. I am no plumber so I don’t know a lot about his sort of thing so that’s why I’m asking. Can i get rid of the vent or do you make a color matched cover for the vent?
Asked by: Mikana69
Hi, Mikana69! Thank you for your question. Depending on what you have installed to your air gap will determine if you need the air gap or not. We do have an air gap available in the Venetian Bronze finish. It is 72020-RB. Here is a link to the unit on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/72020-RB Best Regards, Rosanna

Is it possible to separate connector in the middle of the braided pull out hose?

I'm referring to the connector in Step 3b of the Install sheet. I don't remember exactly how the connection worked and I don't want to damage it. I need to tighten the nut that holds the faucet in place and you can't use a standard under-sink wrench with this model. I can't find original install tool so I'm planning to use a large deep-well socket that I hope to be able to side the hose all the way through.. so I can get it up to the nut. Also, anyone know what size that nut is? hard to measure while it's installed.
Asked by: StevenBee
Dear StevenBee, Thank you for your question. To remove the hose clip assembly, from your installed Delta Talbott Pull-down kitchen 16968-SD-DST faucet, you would want to push on the opened side of the clip. Pushing the opened side of the clip towards the tube, it is clipped on, would help unclip it, just opposite of its install in diagram 3b page 12, below. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/63235%20Rev%20G.pdf Best regards, Tanya

water filter

Does Delta have a water filter that attaches to this faucet.
Asked by: AW
Thank you for your question. Currently there is not an option for a Delta Faucet water filter that will attach to this model; however, below is a link to our beverage faucets that can be included in a mounting application. These faucets are compatible with a reverse osmosis (RO) system. http://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/details/1914-ar-dst.html

The faucet continues to have less pressure while all other sinks in house remain unchanged. The faucet is about 4 months old. Is there an in line filter on the faucet that needs to be cleaned?

Asked by: Scott
Hi, Scott! Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your wand and then hose assembly to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. For more assistance with this, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

There is a magnet in the base and a weight on the hose. System works well and stays in place when properly replaced and seated.
