Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet This faucet fully met my expectations. It seems to be well made. The level action is smooth. Having only owned the faucet for a few months I am not able to comment on the durability. At this time the faucet works well and seems to be durable. It is nicely finished.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I bought this a month ago for our newly renovated kitchen. I like this faucet since the goose curve is not as tall ... it's just about 14.5 as compared with the others that I looked at which is taller. When I pull the magnetic docking spray head to spray around the sink, the spray head just goes back to its original place. Our contractor installed this as I also installed a garbage disposal under the sink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet Solid and well designed, assembles easily, looks good and works great. Instructions for the spacer could use improvement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent faucet - don't like the base This faucet is well built and looks great. My only complaint is the baseplate that covers the 3 holes in my countertop does not feel sturdy as the plastic it snaps into isn't very robust. This should be improved. Otherwise I'm happy with it so far, and feel confident with the lifetime warrantee. The magnetic spray head works well.

The faucet continues to have less pressure while all other sinks in house remain unchanged. The faucet is about 4 months old. Is there an in line filter on the faucet that needs to be cleaned?

Asked by: Scott
Hi, Scott! Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your wand and then hose assembly to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. I purchased this model not to realize till i got home that I need a vent where the soap dispenser goes.

So I really liked the looks of this model and was excited about the soap dispenser but I have a vent where it would go. I am no plumber so I don’t know a lot about his sort of thing so that’s why I’m asking. Can i get rid of the vent or do you make a color matched cover for the vent?
Asked by: Mikana69
Hi, Mikana69! Thank you for your question. Depending on what you have installed to your air gap will determine if you need the air gap or not. We do have an air gap available in the Venetian Bronze finish. It is 72020-RB. Here is a link to the unit on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/72020-RB Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the sprayer have a pause feature?

Wondering if this sprayer has a pause feature, ie. a button that temporarily stops the flow of water when pressed?

Is the soap dispenser refilled from the top or underneath?

Asked by: Geri
Dear Geri, Thank you for your inquiry. The soap dispenser of the Delta Talbott 16968-SSSD-DST, can be refilled by lifting the head and pump assembly out of the dispenser and pouring not more than 8 oz. into bottle. You can also remove the bottle from below the sink, refill it and reinstall it. Best regards, Tanya

Is it possible to separate connector in the middle of the braided pull out hose?

I'm referring to the connector in Step 3b of the Install sheet. I don't remember exactly how the connection worked and I don't want to damage it. I need to tighten the nut that holds the faucet in place and you can't use a standard under-sink wrench with this model. I can't find original install tool so I'm planning to use a large deep-well socket that I hope to be able to side the hose all the way through.. so I can get it up to the nut. Also, anyone know what size that nut is? hard to measure while it's installed.
Asked by: StevenBee
Dear StevenBee, Thank you for your question. To remove the hose clip assembly, from your installed Delta Talbott Pull-down kitchen 16968-SD-DST faucet, you would want to push on the opened side of the clip. Pushing the opened side of the clip towards the tube, it is clipped on, would help unclip it, just opposite of its install in diagram 3b page 12, below. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/63235%20Rev%20G.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Installation on a SS Sink?

How well does this faucet install on a 1 hole SS sink? Does it wobble or flex the top of the sink too much?
Asked by: Basser
Hi Basser, Thank you for your question! If the faucet will be installed through a counter top, it should not wobble of flex. If it is being installed on a thin stainless steel sink only, we recommend to use the RP37490 Thin Deck Aid to hep prevent it from flexing. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP37490 Best regards, Jon
