Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good faucet, great service I’ve owned this faucet for more than 15 years, and it’s been good. Looks great, works roperly. Or did (more on that to come). The sprayer disintegrated a few years go, and I went and bought a different one as a replacement. Then a few months ago, the overall faucet started leaking from both the base of the spout and from the control handle. I began looking around for parts, and was seriously considering purchasing a new cheap faucet as a holdover until we re-do our entire kitchen. Then I saw an ad for Delta, which said the products come with a lifetime warranty. I might have known about that when I bought the faucet, but I forgot about it long ago. Anyway, I called Delta. They sent the repair kit, along with a brand new sprayer that matches the existing faucet! I did the repairs this weekend, and the faucet works like new again. And still looks great. So I’m giving this five stars. Great product, and they stand behind it. You can’t go wrong with Delta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Longevity/Quality! I have had this faucet since I moved in in 2003, wow - had to write a review - great quality. Purchased 2 different O-rings from Home Depot and Lowes, and both do not fit the same, there is no more leak, but its hard to move the spout back and forth. There is corrosion on the collar - green and wont come off and the top ring, but overall - totally satisfied. Would love to find the correct 0-rings ($20 plus shipping is a tad excessive) and the handle screw cover - the red/blue emblem - long gone down the drain. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet, quality build I've had this faucet now for 13 years and just now, had to do some maintenance on it(standard wear and tear of the handle gasket). It's withstood a lot of use and cleans easily with simple water most of the time, soap will take care of anything else. The quality of the materials and workmanship are great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product & service I installed this faucet myself in 2005. In 2010, the sprayer handle developed a leak & they sent me a new one at no charge. In 2014, it somehow developed a pinhole leak along the shaft of the spout. I called Delta & it was promptly replaced for free. I also mentioned that the finish on the soap dispenser had corroded so they sent that, too, again at no charge. Now in 2017, I have replaced my counters with granite. The instructions say to add an extension kit to the faucet if counters are over 1" thick. Mine are 1.25" thick. I am able to thread the original washer on the spout under the sink, but it won't stay tight. I went ahead and got the extension kit (which was not free). The extension for the spout is too long for the 1.25" thickness and won't tighten down. So, now, I am at a loss on how to keep the spout tight. The only thing I've ever had to pay for doesn't work. I have always been happy with this faucet & brag about the great customer service from Delta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still Going Strong After 10 Years We've had excellent use from our (now discontinued) "174-SSWF" since it was installed in our kitchen by our builder in 2006. As a functional but decorative accessory, it fits perfectly with our other Delta Satin Nickel bathroom faucets and the Ferguson Quorum lighting fixtures throughout our home. As an avid DIY'er, I actually look forward to maintaining and repairing products we have purchased/ installed because, as everyone knows, nothing lasts forever. So, when the o-rings in the bathroom washer-less faucets began to fail, I contacted Delta to identify the exact replacement parts. Delta said that their products were warrantied for life and sent me the repair parts free of charge!! So, when the kitchen faucet spout began to leak at the swivel joint, I again contacted Delta. They sent both the spout o-ring repair kit AND the faucet cam/ packing and seats/ springs repair kit! FREE!! The entire repair took about one hour (I was watching TV at the same time) and we were back in business. I can't say enough good about the way Delta supports their products and the homeowners! THANKS!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good news and bad news Graceful and functional design. However, the spout cracked at the base, leaked, and had to be replaced only some 5 years after purchase/installation. Moreover, it took considerable detective work to find necessary info (schematics, part numbers, etc) at the Delta website because their "find your faucet" function only found current offerings -- and the plumbing connections have all been modernized, so that new product can't be used to repair an older installation. However, with effort, the info was found and then Delta cheerfully shipped a new spout and installation parts for free.

What current product number replaces the Model#: 174-PBWF and what finishes are available? Also prices and availability would be appreciated.

Asked by: Philip D
Hello Anonymous, Thank you for your question. We would recommend replacing the Delta Waterfall Kitchen 174-PBWF faucet with either the Bellini Kitchen 11946-SSSD-DST (available only in Stainless) or the Delta Pilar Kitchen 4380-DST with a soap dispenser of your choice. This faucet is available in Arctic Stainless (AR), Chrome and Venetian Bronze (RB). Please see the links below for finishes, matching soap dispensers and prices. Best regards, Tanya

how do you remove old spray hose assembly (RP39345) from faucet for replacement?

my model has a quick connect (spring clip) for attachment to faucet.
Asked by: art
Hi Art, Thank you for your question! To remove the hose, squeeze the two gray tabs together like a clothes pin and pull down. It may help to wiggle the clip as you pull. We do not recommend to remove the metal spring from the clip. Best regards, Jon

I have a leaking model #174-sswf

My kitchen faucet is leaking above the sink by the spout. What will help me to repair this?
Asked by: Mary
Hi Mary, Thank you for your question. If water is leaking around the base of the spout you will want to replace the RP22934 o-rings located under the spout. To access the o-rings you will need to slide the RP21464 spout bonnet up and out of the way, gently pry the RP21463 spout retainer apart and remove it from the spout. The spout will lift up and off of the valve body giving you access to the o-rings. Here is a link to the parts diagram for your model 174-SSWF faucet to help with the repair. Thanks, Dave

We have a 174-WF Faucet handle that is leaking between the sleeve and cap. How do you remove the sleeve to replace the O Rings?

Asked by: Phil
Hi Phil, Thank you for your question. Once the handle and the cap are removed there is nothing mechanical holding the sleeve in place. A combination of twisting and lifting is needed to remove the sleeve. You will also want to change out the RP61 cam assembly to stop the leak. The RP3614 single handle repair kit will have the needed parts. Thanks, Dave

How to reinstall quick connect hose for hand spray to bottom of handle assembly?

I have 3 small 'O' rings. One goes at each hose quick connect point on handle and spout. The nipple for hand spary on bottom of handle is different than the does not have a slot to retiain the "O" ring. Am I missing something???
Asked by: Philip
Hi Phillip, The side sprayer connection under the sink does not have or need an o-ring mounted to it like the other 2 connections. The sprayer hose itself has the o-ring in it that will seal the connection on your model 174WF faucet. Thanks, Dave

Side Sprayer Quick Connect

I purchased your faucet FL101-HDF and the side sprayer RP31612. Are these compatible? I can't get the connections to work.
Asked by: Elaine
Hi Elainb, Thank you for your question. The model 101LF-HDF uses the connector used on the newer DST faucets. The RP31612 uses the round quick connect. The hose is not compatible with the 101LF-HDF faucet. The RP60097 is the correct spray and hose assembly. Thanks, Dave
