Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the touch feature I bought this beverage- filter faucet to coordinate with my current Delta kitchen sink faucet, after buying another brand that looked like an after thought. The faucet was installed by our plumber and looks and works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great We purchased this as part of a whole Delta faucet package for a new kitchen. I had my plumber install it and we got the optional 120V adapter. We have had it about a month and it works and looks great. I looked at the instructions and it should be easy for a DYIer if you have an extra hole in your counter or sink for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice, Quality Faucet This faucet is very attractive, and looks beautiful with our Delta kitchen faucet. It works well, but one needs to get used to working with the touch control. I seem to run into it and activate the flow without paying attention. It has taken a week or so to get accustomed to it, but we now really love the simplicity of the touch. This is a quality product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this faucet. Plumbers installed it a few weeks ago and it has a continuous drip. Very expensive and it is junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product. We have not even had this a year, and are needing to replace a part to stop the extreme continuous dripping. it seemed like a fun, cool style, but I am so sorry we bought it. It turns on with the slightest touch when you don't want it to, and now it constantly drips, almost to the point of a stream. Very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product has good features This review may be inappropriate at this time. The faucet had a bad solenoid valve from the get go and had to remove the faucet till the new valve came. I just installed today and as of today it is great. Warranty dept. was helpful ,pleasant and American so no complaints there and really can't complain about the bad valve, it's mechanical and things happen. The world did not come to the end because of it. My only concern is the longevity of the solenoid, time will tell. So I am pleased as of today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It! Our faucet water was salty from passing through the water softener. This was the perfect solution to having great drinking water. Works wonderful, love the fact that we can turn it on and off with a simple touch. The kids can now get their water to drink!

Is there a reset button? The faucet will no longer shut off. This occurred after we changed the water filter.

Asked by: Jdlp
Hi, Jdlp. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. I am happy to help you. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can I set the temperature if I hook up hot and cold to this? Why are there 3 hoses?

Asked by: Al
Hi Al, Thank you for your question. This faucet has a single supply line and is designed to connect to cold water only. The other two hoses are part of the air gap and are only used if you have a reverse osmosis system. Best regards, Jon

water filter

I got your Traditional Touch Beverage Faucet. The instruction booklet shows how to hook it up to and undercounter reverse osmosis system, but I cannot find any system that will work with the faucet. My plumber could not find a way to make it work. Can you direct me to some company that makes a system that would be compatible with the faucet? Thanks Miko Ceaser
Asked by: Miko
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 1914T will work with any reverse osmosis system. We do not have one brand or another that we can recommend. Thanks. Jody

What is the size of the water supply line?

The water filter we have uses a 1/4" line that feeds the ice maker. So we want to install a "T" and use the same filter for the beverage faucet.
Asked by: Alison
Dear Alison, Thank you for your question. The Delta Beverage faucet 1914T has 3/8" O.D. straight, staggered PEX supply lines. Best regards, Tanya

is this suitable for filtered hot water dispenser ?

Asked by: vinyl
Hi, vinyl! Thank you for your question. The Delta 1914T-AR-DST beverage faucet is not recommended for use with hot water. This faucet does has only one supply line and is intended for cold water. This product can be installed to your standard hot water supply but is NOT designed to operate with “instant hot” water systems. Best Regards, Rosanna

I'm interested in the 1914T-SS cold water only faucet and was wondering if there is a matching kitchen faucet so when they are mount side by side they will look similar or in the same family?

Asked by: AirDale
Hello AirDale, Thank you for your question. The Delta Traditional Beverage 1914T-DST faucet model does not have an exact matching kitchen faucet. However, the Cassidy kitchen collection is very similar in style. Best regards, Tanya
