Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the pull down handle. We replaced our older faucet which has a separate spray handle with this one. I really like the pull down spray handle, the faucet handle to turn on and off the water as well as the soap dispenser. The unit looks really classy as well. Delta knocked it out of the park for aesthetics. The only thing I am not fond of is the spray pattern sprays on the outside and not on the inside. My wife likes everything about it so its a win. Happy wife, happy life :-).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta - 19781-SPSD-DST The soap dispenser is very hard to use .It moves back and forth . I have to press very hard, and very little soap comes out. I paid almost $300. for this , you would think it would be user friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Aerator dont release soft water. The water flow is very hard . Looks like the aerator is not able to make the water bubbly. Because of this water splashed out of the sink and the whole kitchen table gets wet from the rebounded water .

Hi, ryanmicj! Thank you for your question. We recommend to remove the whole sprayer assembly off of the hose and soak the whole sprayer in a solution of 50 % white vinegar and 50% water mix to clean and debris. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I reset or restart the touch faucet after the batteries die (and are then replaced)?

Asked by: John
Thank you for your question John. In some cases simply replacing the batteries in the battery box for an electronic faucet solenoid may not reset the solenoid to a usable state. If this occurs, the solenoid will need to have some time without power connected to it for it to reset properly. It is best to get into the practice of removing the battery box from the battery wire, waiting a full minute or more, inserting brand new batteries into the battery box, and then reconnecting the battery box to the battery box wire. Allowing the full minute without the battery box connected will allow time for any remaining electricity in the solenoid to drain, essentially resetting it. Best regards, Edward

Can this faucet be mounted so that the control is on the left instead of the right?

We have a filtered water dispenser about 2-3" to the right of the current faucet, whose control lever is above the faucet. Can we turn the faucet so that the control is on the left or directly in front of the faucet?
Asked by: John
Hi John, Thank you for your question. We recommend installing it with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The upright position provides cold water and rotating it forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards. Best regards, Jon

How do you refill the soap dispenser?

Asked by: Lainey
Thanks for your question, Lainey! We recommend filling the dispenser from above the sink by pulling up on the head assembly and pump to remove them and using a vented funnel. Best regards, Jon
