Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great design, but runs hot or cold... I have this faucet now for about 8 months. Everything else is great, but it is almost impossible to control the water temperature. It either runs too hot or gets cold. The only solution offered by Delta is to run the faucet at full volume - which means too much water usage and water spraying all over. I think the cartridge was not designed for the faucets with the lever on the side. It may work fine on faucets with lever on the top. So all delta faucets with side lever have the same problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet, Reliable and easy to work on. I bought this 3 years ago and it has been great. I've had other brand faucets in the past where the toggle to switch from stream to spray basically stopped working and it would only stay on stream. On this one the toggle switch still works perfectly and feels like it will continue to work for many years. I have also switched out the cartridge once and it's a great design. That operation took about 8 minutes. It was super easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It! The pull down faucet head with easy to change spray patterns is great. I thought that the height of the faucet might be a little much. However, it sure makes it easy to fill pots with water and to clean out and fill our dog's water bottle. Glad I bought this!

Just installed the Deluca faucet yesterday and would like to know if there's a way to restrict the degree of rotation of the actual faucet head - 360 degree rotation has already resulted in 18 gpm of water flowing onto my countertop.

Asked by: Blaster
Hello Blaster, Thank you for your inquiry! The spout assembly of Delta Deluca Pull-Down Kitchen 19912-SSSD-DST faucet is designed to swivel 360 degrees, there is no way to adjust the swivel of the spout. Best regards, Tanya

are there additional "Delta kitchen faucet" accessories available for this model ("DeLuca") in the stainless finish?  We have a third hole today that we would rather add another matching item / useable accessory, than add a plug-cap. PLEASE ADVISE?  Thx!

Asked by: Mike
Hello Mike, Thank you for your question. The Delta DeLuca Pull-Down Kitchen 19912-SSSD-DST faucet does not have any other accessories designed for it. We would recommend installing an extra soap/lotion dispenser RP50781SS. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/RP50781SS Best regards, Tanya

can you use it with the just the escutcheon plate in a single hole ? want to cover up the sink holes which is the counter-top, only one hole in counter-top. might be drilling new holes then.

Asked by: sugarbunny
Hello sugarbunny, Thank you for your question. Please refer to page 2 and 3 of the installation instructions regarding 1-hole and 3-hole installations. The 3-hole escutcheon has a base plate that will require holes in the counter-top. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/X00080320_C.pdf Best regards, Jon

Very satisfied with this purchase of several months ago - used with 3 hole compat. Now, with new undermount sink and new countertop, want to use this as one hole. Are there parts I don't have to convert to the one hole? [no longer have box]

Asked by: Katy
Hello Katy, Thank your for your inquiry! The Trim Ring RP70715BL would be the only part needed to install the Delta DeLuca Pull-Down Kitchen 19912-BLSD-DST faucet as a single hole install. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-19912-DST.pdf Best regards, Tanya

We installed this faucet using the Escutcheon option. We did not see where the silicone goes in the directions. Does it go around the outside of the plate when we are finished or does it go underneath? Or do we need it at all? Thank you.

Asked by: Salaclair
Hi, Salaclair! Thank you for your question. We recommend to place the silicon sealant underneath the escutcheon plate before placing the plate onto the sink/countertop. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the on / off handle be installed on the left hand side?

Asked by: Firedive
Hi, Firedive! Thank you for your question. The DeLuca Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (19912-SSSD-DST) handle can be installed on the left, however, turning to hot and cold will be opposite. Best Regards, Rosanna

Lever postion and water stream

I installed this faucet on Sunday and really like in, install was a breeze. Here are my 2 questions: 1- The water stream seems thinner then my past faucets, is this normal. It's a good stream, just thinner. 2- The lever appears to have more of a angel when going 100% cold, as opposed to 100% hot. Let say 60% to the cold side and 50% to the hot side so when I want really hot water it appear I am not getting just 100%, but some mixed in cold. Is this normal? Thanks for the help all!
Asked by: Felix
Go back and review the installation instructions, you can set the lever to deliver less than 100% hot, yours may be in that range. It's pretty quick to check the settings. If you can't find them look on the web site or call for technical assistance.
