Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Kitchen Faucet Upgraded our Kitchen counter top to Quartz, topped it off with a new Delta Faucet, model 19922z-SSSD-DST. This is really a nice looking faucet with many upgraded features and a great price point. I have been purchasing Delta Faucets for over 40 years. Delta is number One in my book !! I recommend Delta always to my family and friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NICE & NEW I like the look of the faucet and it's ease of operation however the neck is too high for my sink even though my sink is not that shallow. I make such a splash that I just wish it was a little lower to the sink. :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Features are great I like the features. My only concern is that we need to unscrew the head of the faucet to clean the filter frequently. Our water system obviously needs an update, but until this happens we pray we don't loose the recoiling cord into the faucet with no way to retrieve it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, functional!! I brought the faucet from Lows and it has made cleaning dishes and pots and pans so easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from beautiful design to enhance my kitchen love the look but struggle with fingerprints and water spots...I do not know what can help to deter them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking! Our faucet is just over 2 years old and it already needs to be replaced. It’s takes way too much work to find the “sweet spot” to get it to stop dripping. My husband has taken it apart and attempted to fix it once but it only helped for a week or so. Everyone that comes to our house and uses the kitchen sink comments on how it is broken. Not what we would expect for the price we paid. Very disappointed.

I need a long hose in my drop down kitchen faucet because I have a very large deep sink. I like contemporary styling. I like the Ahston 19922z sssd-dst, but I fear the hose is too short. What models are best.

Asked by: Jody67
Hello Jody67, Thank you for your question. The Delta Ashton ShieldSpray Pull-Down Kitchen 19922Z-SSSD-DST comes with a 62" pull-out hose assembly. This is the longest hose assembly that we manufacture for our pull-out/down faucets. Best regards, Tanya

Had my stainless finish 199222-SSSD-DST for 1 wk and am disappointed that the escutcheon plate and soap dispenser water spots badly. Is there a polish or wax that can be applied to make water bead off them and is safe for this finish?

Asked by: Sad in Chilli
Hello Sad in Chilli, Thank you for your question. Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes Avoid bleach-based cleaners. Best regards, Tanya

Will it be a problem if the pulldown faucet is left in the down position?

Asked by: SberryLenoir
Hello SberryLenoir, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend leaving the wand/sprayer assembly hanging from the spout arm docking. However, doing so would be a preference of the owner/installer. This faucet has the Delta MagnaTite Docking feature which uses a powerful integrated magnet to snap your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use and doesn’t droop over time. Best regards, Tanya

I have weak water pressure after I installed my faucet. Every other faucet the pressure is fine. What can I d.

Asked by: gil15510
Thank you for your question, John A! We're sorry for this inconvenience and would recommend removing the pull down wand from the hose to check the debris screen for buildup that may have accumulated if the faucet was not fully flushed during installation. With the wand removed, point the hose directly into the sink and turn the water on to a full hot/cold mix for a minute to flush out any further sediment. If you have questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us directly. Best regards, Edward

Is the water supposed to come on when you touch the pull down sprayer? I thought mine did when it was first installed, but now it doesn't.

Asked by: Patience
Hello Patience, Thank you for your question. The touch feature can be activate by touching the handle, body and arm of the Delta Ashton Kitchen Pull-Down Touch2O 19922TZ-SSSD-DST faucet. Touch or grabbing the wand/sprayer assembly does not activate the touch feature. Best regards, Tanya
