Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low flow when hooked up to solenoid Just purchased and installed this faucet. Water flow is very low when lines are hooked up to solenoid. When I bypass it, flow is great indicating there is no blockage in the lines. I would assume the solenoid is bad and it is brand new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple pretty design, fully functional Needed to replace my existing kitchen faucet, chose this as closest to simulate what I had when I bought the house. Head changes to shower spray when needed and pulls down or retracts easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Trask Faucet is great so far. Delta Trask Faucet is great so far. I should have bought this faucet sooner. No problem with the installation and the soap dispenser is nice. If you want a nice looking and functional faucet buy the Delta Trask Faucet. The pull down sprayer is handy.

A color option for Trask high-arc is the "SpotShield Stainless"--but no SpotShield® feature. Explain the product feature differences including how manufactured. And how does color differ with Trinsic "Artic Stainless"?

Asked by: DPaul
Hi, DPaul! Thank you for your question. The 19933-SPSD-DST doe have our SpotShield Stainless® feature. You can learn more about SpotShield Stainless® here: https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/innovations/kitchen/spotshield-technology The Arctic Stainless features a cooler, metallic with blue undertones that matches more kitchen appliances. The SpotShield Stainless® is a darker, brushed silver finish with red undertones. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can aerator be removed from sprayer?

I have removed the sprayer head from hose. Does sprayer head break down further to clean or replace the aerator and screen? Thanks. Bob
Asked by: Poppi
Thank you for your question, Bob! The aerator is not designed to be removed from the wand. We recommend soaking the wand assembly in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for 15-30 minutes. You can also tap it upside-down on a paper towel to help remove any debris. Best regards, Jon

My handle fell off, how should I replace it so that it actually stays attached?

Asked by: cadi
Thank you for your inquiry, Cadi! The handle of the Delta Trask Kitchen 19933-SPSD-DST faucet is held on with the set screw. Once the handle is placed onto the stem of the cartridge the set screw when tight should hold the handle in place. Here is a link to the parts diagram for your faucet that should help with your repair. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/80327%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Blinking Red Light

What do the light colors mean besides just showing the temperature? Our faucet starting blinking red when you turn it on and when you turn it off.
Asked by: bmarcum
Dear Bmarcum, Thank you for your inquiry! Usually, when the LED light is flashing red on the base of the Delta Trask Pull-Down Touch2O Technology 19933T-SPSD-DST faucet, it indicates that the batteries will need to be replaced. The 6 AA batteries should last 1-2 years, and 6 C batteries may last up to 5 years. Please see page 44 of the instructions for more information about the LED light. https://media.deltafaucet.com/QuickstartDiagram/QS-82665%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Tanya
