Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet. Easy to fix the leak! Have used this since January 0f 2017. Recently it developed an issue with not shutting off completely unless I move the lever around searching for a sweet spot. I emailed Delta and they knew what the issue was. The cartridge had become defective, so they sent out another one to us. It was easy to change out and the flow shuts off just fine now. Since the faucet has a lifetime warranty, I won't ever need a replacement! Thanks Delta!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful product We bought this replacement faucet as part of a kitchen makeover. It blends beautifully with my new quartz counter top. Stylish, easy to use, easy to install. Love the pull out magnetic wand. My first time ever with a single handle. Love love love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this faucet, even after 4 years Bought and installed this over 4 years ago. Still works, although the magnet on the top that holds the hose is rusty and has chipped plastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from impossible to stop its leaks After a few months it became difficult to position the handle so that the faucet did not drip. Now, after 8 months it is impossible to stop the faucet from leaking. Buy a different faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice update Replaced an old Delta standard faucet (40 yrs old). Install was straight forward. Only wish that an adaptor 1/2 FIP to 3/8 compression was included in the box.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from really hard to get it to not drip I'm experiencing the same problem as Matt96744. To completely turn off the faucet, you have to pull the handle forward to the cold position (6-o'clock), then carefully slide it in a clockwise to the 9-o'clock (off) position. If you go from hot (12-o'clock) or medium (3-o'clock) directly to the off position, the faucet will leak, leak leak. Visitors have commented that they have the same problem with their Delta single-handle faucet. There is something terribly wrong with this design. I have taken the handle off to inspect whether there is something interfering with the action of the handle, but that is not the case. The valve-control itself is faulty. It simply will not close all the way unless turned off as described above.

How do you change the water flow from spray to solid stream?

Asked by: Susan1967
Hi, Susan1967! Thank you for your question. The 19939-SS-DST faucet does have a small toggle button on the back of the sprayer assembly. Push to change this up/down to change from stream to spray. Best Regards, Rosanna

Removing the handle to adjust position

I'm hesitant to remove the handle. Feels pretty hard to do. Are there better instructions (or video) on how to do this so that I can adjust the setting without breaking the handle?
Asked by: Orlando
Thank you for your inquiry, Orlando! To remove the handle of the Delta Izak Pull-Down Kitchen 19939-SS-DST faucet, you would remove the red/blue indicator button from the handle and using a 1/8" Allen wrench to unscrew the set screw. The handle will just pull right off, exposing the bonnet and cartridge assembly. Please see the below link, page 8 module 6 for the diagram and directions. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/81767%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

izak faucet - is there a matching soap dispenser?

Replacing a single hold kitchen faucet that has a matching soap dispenser. Like the Izak faucet, but what about a soap dispenser?
Asked by: Larry
Dear Larry, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Izak Pull-Down Kitchen 19939-RB-DST faucet does not have a specific matching soap dispenser. However, RP50813RB, RP1002RB and RP50781RB are a few dispensers that match closest to the Izak design style. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP50813RB https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP1002RB https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP50781RB Best regards, Tanya

Can the sprayer assembly hose be easier to retract back?

We just installed the faucet this weekend and discovered that the sprayer hose had to be pushed back up instead of retracting smoothly back. Is this the way the product was made? Is there anything that can be done to make the hose move up more automatically instead of having to push the sprayer back manually?
Asked by: S. Jonnada
Check under the sink. Did you install the weight on the spray hose? Is something, like plumbing, obstructing the hose? Those would be the most common problems.

What hi-arc delta faucet with pulldown/out head would you recommend for a SS laundry sink on a granite top?

Asked by: suz
Yes definitely. We bought a new home with granite top and it worked just perfect. My wife is so happy with this faucet. The pull out sprayer is good to use in both sinks while the hi-arc is able to swing left and right back to the splash wall out of the way so a woman can wash her hair in the sink if she wants to.

does the spray head switch back to normal flow, from spray, when water is shut off?

Want to know if the spray pattern auto changes from spray to normal flow when water is turned off? Or do you need to push the button to make the spray head go from spray pattern to normal flow?
Asked by: Randy
You have to push button on top which is real easy

Increase flow rate?

Just installed the unit and am pretty happy so far. Can the flow restrictor be removed from the head for more volume? I want more than the 1.5gpm
Asked by: Calguy
Try detaching the pull down head from the hose, see supplied manual, when I did this I found the head packed solid with black plastic manufacturing debris, after removing water volume increased significantly. Hope this helps.
