Rated 5 out of 5 by from outstanding product! My wife (Connie) wanted to upgrade our faucet to a more stylish one; but me being a man thought that's crazy. Boy was I wrong. I love this faucet, it is so convenient. Wish I had bought it sooner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sprung a leak..!! Bought this faucet for our new home and it has been installed less than 18 months. Much to my dismay, I noticed a spot on our finished basement ceiling. Checked under the kitchen sink and was shocked to see a leak in the hose that supplies the pull down spray assembly. The leak is in the hose itself and not a connection. Not what I expected when we chose Delta over other brands. Not only do I have a premature plumbing repair on my hands, but I now have a blemish on the basement ceiling that I am not at all happy about. A cheap hose has cost me dearly. Steer clear..!!

I have the 19949-sssd-dst. It drips now, very difficult to stop. What can be done to fix it?

Asked by: mgp7769
Hi, mgp7769! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna

I toke apart the head part because too hard to  Switch the spryer, I did soak in vinegar first (not working),,small O ring causing the problem, any way to get just the ring? Or whole part?

Asked by: Eze828
Hi, Eze828! Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly for the 19949-SSSD-DST faucet would need to be replaced since there are not replaceable parts for the sprayer. The sprayer assembly for this faucet is RP60978SS. Here is a link to the part on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP60978SS Best Regards, Rosanna

During install, the spray wand and hose slid out of the faucet neck and shank; is there a trick to getting it back in?

Asked by: Sandy
Hi, Sandy! Thank you for your question. The hose assembly can be installed back into the faucet from the top. You may need to remove the spout (arc) from the faucet. There is a small, white, hose guide, RP40530, that you can use to guide the hose easier. If needed, please contact our customer service line at (800)345-3358. Best Regards, Rosanna

Handel on the left side?

The plumber installed with the handle on the left which actually helps my wife who is disabled on the right hand. The supply lines were connected in correspondence to the hot and cold lines, handle on away from sink is cold to sink is hot. This installation was done by happenstance. there is plenty of free space underneath the sink to operate the pull down feature, will this be alright to leave it this way? they only have been in for a few days. Thank you.
Asked by: PopPop
Hi, PopPop! Thank you for your question. This faucet is fine to have the handle on the left side. There is no need to change the position of the handle back to the right side of the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna
