Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dripping faucet I bought this faucet a few years ago and has worked well for about 2 to 3 years. know it started dripping. It is very difficult to find the "spot" to set the handle to turn the faucet completely off. You must try many times to turn it off. It is really irritating! A $200 faucet should last more than couple years! I do not recommend this faucet, especially for the price. I wish I knew this before I purchased it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mildewy smell I keep the faucet set to spray rather than stream. I often get a distinct mildewy smell from the faucet when I first turn it on. It's particularly noticeable during the summer. Between the smell and the difficulty adjusting the temperature so it's neither too hot nor too cold, I'm disappointed with this faucet.

During install, the spray wand and hose slid out of the faucet neck and shank; is there a trick to getting it back in?

Asked by: Sandy
Hi, Sandy! Thank you for your question. The hose assembly can be installed back into the faucet from the top. You may need to remove the spout (arc) from the faucet. There is a small, white, hose guide, RP40530, that you can use to guide the hose easier. If needed, please contact our customer service line at (800)345-3358. Best Regards, Rosanna

Handel on the left side?

The plumber installed with the handle on the left which actually helps my wife who is disabled on the right hand. The supply lines were connected in correspondence to the hot and cold lines, handle on away from sink is cold to sink is hot. This installation was done by happenstance. there is plenty of free space underneath the sink to operate the pull down feature, will this be alright to leave it this way? they only have been in for a few days. Thank you.
Asked by: PopPop
Hi, PopPop! Thank you for your question. This faucet is fine to have the handle on the left side. There is no need to change the position of the handle back to the right side of the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

Valve assembly not working properly.

My valve doesn't always shut off water. It has gotten that if it isn't in the right position, water will still dribble out. Wasn't like that at first. Almost have to slam the handle closed to get it to turn off water. Can I purchase parts for the valve assembly or do I have to purchase the whole assembly? Where do I get the parts or part?
Asked by: Wagadoddle
