Rated 4 out of 5 by from This faucet has great features. We really like this faucet. It has a great sprayer. Only problem with sprayer is sometimes I forget to slow down the water output before I activate the sprayer feature and it comes out with such gusto. But that is my fault. It is a great faucet overall. Like the design of the faucet, the magnetic pull up and the fact that it has a taller neck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love all of the features of my new faucet. I LOVE the ease of one single faucet, the magnets that hold the sprayer in place, the height of the faucet and that the sprayer stays on even after turning the water off and back on again. It's by far the BEST faucet I have ever had. It was extremely easy to install and it was wonderful to have the supply lines included so we didn't have to make a 2 hour trip to and from the hardware store. Thank you and your engineers for such a great design, it's a wonderful ptoduct!

Instructions on replacing part RP62875

Asked by: TanToes
Hi, TanToes! Thank you for your question. The RP62875 can be replaced by first pushing in the small button on the back of the spout assembly. While the small button is pushed in, twist the spout and pull up on the spout at the same time. Once the spout is removed off of the base of the faucet, pull the spout retainer off. Install the new spout retainer onto the base of the spout. Reinstall the spout onto the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

I purchased Arabella Model 19950 - SSSD - DST 3 years ago. The hot water suddenly stopped working in the faucet. I have hot water everywhere else in the house, the pipe leading to the faucet is warm, so the faucet is not working. Thoughts?

Asked by: Hudson62
Hi, Hudson62! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

I am trying to tighten the bonnet on my faucet but now I can't get the cap off. is there any ideas on getting this cap off without ruining the finish .Thanks Steve

Asked by: Sjmarty
Hi, Sjmarty! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We do recommend to use a strap wrench to unscrew the cap. You can also take a towel or washcloth and wrap this around the cap before using an adjusting wrench to unscrew the cap off. Best Regards, Rosanna

My Arabella single handle pull down kitchen faucet doesn’t shut off unless it’s centered. It is only 13 months old.

Asked by: Maxie
Hi, Maxie! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If this does not fix the leak, we do recommend to replace both the RP50587 valve cartridge assembly and the bonnet nut, RP51503. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP50587 https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP51503 Best Regards, Rosanna

Asked by: Denny
Hi, Denny! Thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear your faucet leaks. We recommend to replace the valve cartridge assembly right underneath, inside of the handle of your faucet. The valve cartridge is RP50587. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP50587 Here is a link to our how to video to show you how to replace this cartridge: https://www.deltafaucet.com/cms/render/live/en/sites/delta/home/video-gallery/video-page.html?videoId=1KMlxNiWni8 Best Regards, Rosanna
