Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work of art! We installed this faucet last week and we love it! It has a unique modern design and visitors comment on how good it looks. Aesthetics aside, it performs well and water flow is great. The integrated magnet in the pull down spray wand works great and always ensures that it docks and locks correctly after use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice design - not great water flow. Bought Delta due to all the positive reviews about how they stand behind their product. We have a black granite sink and this is a nice compliment in color and design. However the hot movement is not as long as the cold forward and the overall water flow seems to be less than the prior faucet. Had it professionally installed and they commented about the ease of installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy Install. Minor issue with baseplate. The new EZ Anchor system was great. Every thing about the faucet is great. I do have one small issue though. The plastic baseplate is bowed by design. It comes with a foam sticky gasket instead of using plumbers putty. Even after tightening down the faucet per directions I have noticed that the end of the baseplate allows water to leak by and onto the underside of the baseplate then drip onto the cabinet bottom. I fixed this later by applying a small bead of silicone caulk around the baseplate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OUTSTANDING This faucet is not only very attractive, but extremely well made and functional. We looked at less expensive alternatives, but we are very pleased with our choice. I do feel that the installation instructions could be modified.

I have a #19959. It was professionally installed. It is mounted on granite. It is constantly coming loose.

I have paid a plumber to fix it several times. The last time he said something was wrong with and nothing he could do to stop it from happening again. It is again moving around. It is very hard to get to, because it is behind the sink and only about 6 inches of room from the sink to the wall. Any solutions other than replacing the faucet with a different model or brand. I have a similar one, but a different brand in another kitchen and never had an issue in 10 years.

Can I increase my gpm?

Do you sell an aerator that will boost my gpm above 2?
Asked by: Tony
Hi Tony, Thank you for your question. The RP50815 aerator used with the model 19959-SBSD-DST faucet is a full flow aerator that does not restrict water flow. Internal parts inside the wand assembly control the flow rate, changing out the aerator will not increase the flow rate. We do not offer a different wand assembly with a higher flow rate that will work with the 19959-SBSD-DST. Thanks, Dave

What parts of the Fuse are plastic

Asked by: Dr. Bergman
The pull-down head, the base that the handle is attached to, and the base that you secures the faucet to the sink, however the plastic is high quality.

what is the difference between the kitchen facet Fuse 19959-SBSD-DST and the Satori 19915-SBSD-DST

I know the looks are a little different, but the price is also?? Just wondering if one is better than the other??
Asked by: bfedd
Hi Bfedd, Thank you for your questions. The difference is primarily the styling of the two faucets. They both have a split finish design and the EZ Anchor mounting assembly. The Fuse (offered at Lowes) is a bit more contemporary in design and the Satori (offered at Home Depot) is a bit more traditional. Both outstanding choices, you really can’t go wrong! Thanks, Dave
