Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Had one for two years and loved it but it began to leak and because I forgot to register it, I had to buy a new one. I wanted the same faucet. This one is perfect so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking and durable Purchased and replaced older 4 hole delta just not satisfied with water pressure coming out of new faucet. Old one was better even with water saver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best faucet ever! This faucet has performed beyond our expectations. It's so easy to keep clean. The only down-side is refilling the soap dispenser. It's a little cumbersome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looks and features I bought this item a month ago, and I was surprised by the ease of installation. It works great and has nice features. I like that I don’t need to keep the bottle of dish detergent next to the sink. Now the sink got the looks!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Faucet I had this faucet installed by a plumber 2 weeks ago. Took about an hour to remove the old one and install this new one. I looked at many faucets before deciding on this one. I wanted one with as much metal construction as I could find and this one looks and feels like all metal, but I believe the pull down bell shaped spray handle is actually plastic but matches the rest of the faucet very well. I was unsure about getting a goose neck style faucet because of their height, but this is one of the slightly shorter ones and it actually looks good and fits our double bowl sink pretty well. I really like the pull down spray handle that fits nice and comfortable in my hand and is easy to pull down and use for spraying with ample hose length, and when finished it retracts up almost by itself and is held in place by a hidden magnet. The faucet has good strong water pressure when handle in the full on position. I am really impressed with this faucet and hope it lasts with no problem for many years.

Can the handle be installed rotated to the center so dripping hands drip inside my sink rather than the counter?

Asked by: ILikeDelta
Hello ILikeDelta, Thank you for your inquiry! The handle of the Delta Lakeview Pull-Down Kitchen 19963-SSSD-DST faucet is designed to be installed on the right side and only rotates forward from the upright position. However, the faucet could be installed with it on the front. Best regards. Tanya

The faucet is dripping and wanted to know the replacement parts needed to stop the leak. Which Delta Ball assembly is inside?

Asked by: Dantastic
Hi, Dantastic! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Pull the cartridge out to clean the bottom puck of the cartridge. Reinstall the cartridge assembly. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna

When I installed this faucet, the default is hot when the handle is in the position down and cold when the handle is up. Is there any way to switch this?

Asked by: echurchm
Dear Echurchm, Thank you for your question. If the water is running hot and cold water option of the label on the handle, we would advised first checking to make sure the supply connections were not switched during installation. Also, removing and rotating cartridge/valve assembly 180 degrees and reinstalling it. Best regards, Tanya

I want to unclog its aerator. How to open?

I have Delta kitchen faucet lakeview model with soap dispenser.
Asked by: Gopal
Thank you for your question, Gopal! The Delta Lakeview Pull-Down Kitchen 19963-SSSD-DST faucet is not designed with a removable aerator. To clean this clogged wand/sprayer assembly, you would want to unscrew hose from spray head and clean debris from screen (the screen is located just inside the threaded end of the sprayer). IMPORTANT: Reinstall screen in the spray head (failure to reinstall the screen could damage internal parts). Please see the Maintenance section on page 8 of the below link. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/85701%20Rev%20D.pdf Best regards, Tanya

What is the minimum PSI required to operate this faucet

We are on a spring with gravity feed water pressure, roughly 25 psi. how many GPM can we expect with this GPM... Thx,
Asked by: Richard N
Hi Richard, Thank you for your question. This faucet is rated for 1.80 GPM at 60 PSI. You will experience a noticeable reduction in flow rate at pressures below 45 PSI. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact measurement of the water flow at 25 PSI. Best regards, Jon
