Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice finish Plumber recommend Delta and glad I took his advice. Very nice finish. Great water flow. Moves easily from one side of sink to the other. Before plumber left he said he knew what to get his wife for her birthday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Features have won us over Like having a built in soap dispenser. The pull down sprayer with two kinds of spray is so much better than previous faucet we had. The magnet keeps the spray nozzle in place securely. The height of the faucet is helpful. Easy movement of both faucet and on-off/cold-hot handle is smooth and easy. So far, we are content with purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good modestly priced faucet I bought this for a kitchenette in our cellar and for that reason did not want to spend a lot of money. I found this model at Home Depot and it was quite easy to install and worked fine the first time. We have very good water pressure here and it is possible with this faucet to fine-tune the rate of flow (many kitchen faucets seem to be either all on or all off). I have been using it for about six weeks now and have no complaints about it. I am reserving one star only because this model does not pretend to be top of the line.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor flow compared to the faucet it replaced. I bought this faucet at HD and took it home to replace a 16 year old faucet. I was very disappointed to find the flow rate was much less than the previous faucet. I am used to generating mounds of suds with the spray wand. This faucet can't fluff up anything. I can't wait to pull this one out! For an upper tier faucet, it's not at all what I was expecting.

When I installed this faucet, the default is hot when the handle is in the position down and cold when the handle is up. Is there any way to switch this?

Asked by: echurchm
Dear Echurchm, Thank you for your question. If the water is running hot and cold water option of the label on the handle, we would advised first checking to make sure the supply connections were not switched during installation. Also, removing and rotating cartridge/valve assembly 180 degrees and reinstalling it. Best regards, Tanya

I want to unclog its aerator. How to open?

I have Delta kitchen faucet lakeview model with soap dispenser.
Asked by: Gopal
Thank you for your question, Gopal! The Delta Lakeview Pull-Down Kitchen 19963-SSSD-DST faucet is not designed with a removable aerator. To clean this clogged wand/sprayer assembly, you would want to unscrew hose from spray head and clean debris from screen (the screen is located just inside the threaded end of the sprayer). IMPORTANT: Reinstall screen in the spray head (failure to reinstall the screen could damage internal parts). Please see the Maintenance section on page 8 of the below link. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/85701%20Rev%20D.pdf Best regards, Tanya

What is the minimum PSI required to operate this faucet

We are on a spring with gravity feed water pressure, roughly 25 psi. how many GPM can we expect with this GPM... Thx,
Asked by: Richard N
Hi Richard, Thank you for your question. This faucet is rated for 1.80 GPM at 60 PSI. You will experience a noticeable reduction in flow rate at pressures below 45 PSI. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact measurement of the water flow at 25 PSI. Best regards, Jon

filling soap dispenser

Can you fill the soap dispenser from the top rather than having to crawl under the sink to do it? Are there directions on how to do that?
Asked by: rose
You can fill from the top. Unscrew it and fill!

Does this faucet revert to Stream Mode when the water is turned off?

I’m looking for pull-down style faucet that stays in the Spray mode when the water is turned off and then back on. All I’m finding revert to Stream mode. Does Delta offer a pull-down that will maintain a spray mode?
Asked by: ATXgal
This one stays in the spray mode.
