Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inferior Product Bought this faucet earlier this month at Menards. Looks great but what a piece of junk. Can hardly believe it’s a Delta! One week after install the hot water quit. Called Delta who frankly were not very helpful. Very condescending. Wanted me to take it apart and look for debris or obstructions. Tried to follow instructions but couldn’t even get the set screw lose to remove the handle and get at the inner works. Finally said the heck with it and took the whole she-bang back to the store. Not surprising I looked at some of the reviews of this product online and seems many have had similar or other problems. Extremely disappointed in Delta.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaky Buttons too! We bought this faucet back in March 2018 for a kitchen remodel. From the very start it has leaked from the lower button like others have reported. Our contractor installed it so we don't have the receipt for the product, but I have a picture of the box it came in. We like the way the faucet looks and the other features. If we could get the leaky part replaced, we would gladly keep this faucet. Otherwise we will be looking for a new one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice but buttons are horrible We bought this in May of this year and already the buttons are stuck so it is on the wide spray which gets water everywhere. Seems like this is a very common issue. Also it does fall out of the craddle very easily and has a restricted reach. Not impressed for the money it costs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You can actually clean the coil. The tight coil design makes cleaning much easier than the more common open designs. The reach isn't as far, but I think the ease of maintenance is worth it. It also looks great installed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad buttons The faucet looks great, but the buttons stick and do not lock on spray! Seems like a common comment on here.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gorgeous looking but the buttons are awful First of all, this is a really beautiful looking faucet. One of the best designs we found and we hunted around a ton. Now, that being said, When we first installed the unit last night, we turned the water on, the handle started gushing water out behind the two buttons. So we ran back to Menards with the handle attachment and they switched it out for the same one in the last box they had on the shelf. Got home, installed the 2nd handle and the bottom button gets completely jammed into the handle. Had to get a knife to try and wedge the button out. For $250+ dollars, this is a very frustrating way to start our new relationship with delta faucets.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fine faucet...but I purchased this at menards a couple months ago, but I’ll start with the annoying thing first. The button that switches water flow from stream to spray gets stuck. I have to run hot water for a minute to switch back. Very versatile and easy to operate. I love the height and length of the faucet , it’s easy to clean larger dishes. I have a deep sink so the force of the stream tends to splash but it’s in a deeper sink so it’s not a big issue. It was easy to install and all the movements of the faucet takes little effort. All in all it’s a pretty nice faucet.

Does the 19991LF-AR swivel?

I have a double basin sink. Will the 1999LF-AR swivel back and forth between both sides? Or is the faucet stationary and only appropriate for a single basin sink?
Asked by: P.K.
P.K., Thank you for your question. The spout will swivel 360 degrees. Best regards, Jon

how do I operate this faucet? you give all kinds of instructions about installation, but how do I get cold water? how do I keep the spray feature ON so it doe s not shut off?

Asked by: phil cheyenne
Hi, Phil! Thank you for your question. The Delta 19991LF-AR faucet handle pulls out, away from the spout, for cold water. Pull out and towards you for hot water. Pull-down spout operates in an aerated or spraymode via an easy push button. Best Regards, Rosanna
