Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to install, works great I purchased this a couple weeks ago, was a snap to install, It works great and looks great also. It is the only company that truly stands behind their products and the consumer. I would not buy anything but Delta products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good looking. But my one issue is now two. I bought this faucet a couple of hours ago to replace my leaky one that couldn't be rebuilt. Install was as easy as any other. The unit feels solid and everything moves smoothly. But the thing has a slow drip from the hot side that can't be convinced to stop just by fiddling with the handle, which I could accomplish on my old faucet. The hand sprayer works as long as you don't move it, if you move it, it leaks from the quick connect under the faucet. The quick connect apparently had a quick R&D. I'll be returning it within 3 hours of buying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy install The faucet was an easy install. Everything works great. One big problem, I have had this faucet in for about 2 weeks now and I am getting a metallic taste to my water still. I have run alot of water through the facet but the taste is still there, have to get water to drink from the refrigerator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great price! And looks fantastic! Great price! And looks fantastic! My Plumber suggested Delta when I mentioned I wanted to replace my faucet. I went and looked at Lowe’s and wow! The variety was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. When he saw that I had purchased a Delta product he was very happy. I had never seen him smile until then. He said they were very easy to install the quality of the items was just off the chart and the company knew what they doing when they put it in them together.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking issues like so many others... We really wanted to love our Delta faucet, but like many other reviewers we experienced a leak and steady, drip, drip, drip from the faucet when it's not in use. We've checked everything, adjusted the handles, etc. and still drip, drip, drip. It must be a design flaw as we've never had this problem with our other delta products. Very disappointed that this is not the normal quality we've come to expect from Delta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE MY FAUCET! Let me first say I am a reviews girl. I most always read the reviews before I buy an item, especially If the item cost more than 20 bucks. While there are some great reviews on this faucet, there are also some not so great reviews and I almost let the not so great reviews talked me out of the purchase. I liked the style, the long neck the faucet has as well as the price so I went with my gut feeling and bought it. I am so thrilled that I did! It is a beautiful faucet! I'd like to think that some of these reviews talking about how bad the sprayer was or the leaks was just installer error. I had a plumber installed mine and it's been about 2 weeks but I am not anticipating any problems. I also bought the special adapter/repair kit that some user said it would need if I wanted to use my PUR filter(I ended up not needing that) The PUR went on without a new adapter. Please don't let some not so good reviews talk you out of a good thing. Mine is working perfectly fine. I received nothing for this review.

Aerater

My husband bought this faucet for our kitchen. In the past, I have always had an aerator type attachment on the faucet. Even though we have the sprayer that comes with the faucet, I like the aerator that fits on/in the faucet that allows me to have the option to spray, and it rotates. Does Delta make anything like that or do you know of attachment we can buy? My husband went to Lowe's and they didn't have anything. Please let me know. Thank you in advance.
Asked by: Lynn
We have a countertop dishwasher and could not find an adpator anywhere to hook this up. Had to call the customer help line to get the right adpotor to hook up the dishwasher.

How do I remove the quick-connect hose from my faucet?

No amount of finger pressure seems enough to squeeze the quick-connect to release this fitting. Is there a tool for this? Pliers?
Asked by: chewyfish
Hi chewyfish, Thank you for your question. The quick-connect hose can be removed by squeezing the tabs together by hand light a clothes pin. You may need to wiggle the clip as you pull to release the clip. Best regards, Jon

Can this faucet assembly be installed without the spray/sprayer?

I like the Model 21902LF but do not want to use the sprayer. Is this model available without the sprayer or can it be installed without the sprayer using an adapter to close off the sprayer outlet? I received an adapter from Delta, part number RP60295, that was suppose to shut off the sprayer outlet but I cannot get it to fit on the outlet nipple.
Asked by: Sandman28
Hi Sandman28, Thank you for your question. The sprayer hose can be capped off using the Quick-Connect Cap part number RP40301. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp40301.html Best regards, Jon

Is there an aerator that works better for lower water pressure?

I'm on a well with 30/50 PSI water pressure. Even with the tap open full, there is hardly any aeration when the pressure nears the pump cut-in pressure (30 PSI).
Asked by: Bob
Thank you for your question Bob! The 21802LF can produce 1.80 gpm @ 60 psi, 6.8 L/min @ 414 kPa. We would recommend removing the aerator and flushing the lines of any debris for optimal performance at a lower psi. Below is a link on how to do this successfully. https://www.deltafaucet.com/cms/render/live/en/sites/delta/home/video-gallery/video-page.html?videoId=eWw-FdAezZY Best Regards, Edward

Is it normal for the water to dribble out for a couple seconds after it's turned off?.

Just had it installed today and my plumber said that is normal for the high-arc spouts. Seems odd to me.
Asked by: Fish
We just had ours installed last week and it does not dribble when I turn it off at all.
