Is it possible to use this faucet without the plate underneath?
Can I remove the plate and install in 4 holes on a granite counter-top?
Asked by: Sam
Dear Sam,
Thank you for your question. The escutcheon/base plate of the Delta Vessona Kitchen 21925LF-SS faucet, is not a removable part. This plate is apart of the valve body of the faucet.

How can we adjust the water pressure?
We love the new faucet but find we have lost a lot of water pressure. The stray hose is great and the pressure is perfect, but the main water pressure is a lot less than we used to have with our old faucet. Is there a way to adjust this?
Asked by: Rich
Adjust the pressure by turning up the water valves under the sink, where your faucet is connected

What year was the LF added into the model number? I noticed all the models of the Vessona are discontinued except that one. Are the others unsafe?
I love everything about this faucet. It has held up great and still looks very nice and I'm picky. One of the handles have become loose over the years. If the set screw is stripped what can I do?
Asked by: Wendy
They sell a reverse drill bit which can extract the old set screw if you can't remove it and then replace with a new set screw. Just call delta and have them send a replacement. They are very good about free replacement parts.

Water continues to flow after shutoff for a couple of seconds
This faucet turns on to full pressure slowly and when shut off takes a couple of seconds to completely stop flowing. I liken to to how auto closing drawers operate. When using just the sprayer, it operates normally. So is there an adjustment in the diverter?
Asked by: BruceF
Hi Bruce, Thank you for your question. No,there is no adjustment to be made. The water that runs after the faucet is shut off is the residual water that remained in the spout draining out. This is normal for the hi arc spouts.
Thanks,
Dave

Does Delta offer a swivel aerator that fits this faucet?

Hi Cathy,
Thank you for your question. The only other swivel aerator we have RP63137 that will fit your faucet is only offered in the chrome finish.
Thanks,

Do I need to install the spray hose
I just bought the Vessona faucet. I don't have a hole for the spray hose in my kitchen sink. The salesman at Home Depot said it's fine and we just don't need to connect the hose. I just wanted to check whether this was true.
Asked by: Jessica
You have to have the hose connected or else when you turn the faucet on water will spout out.
