Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very stylish I brought this at the Home Depot store with the new cabinets that I brought there too. It works really good until a few months ago. The handles are coming loose and it star licking on both handles and the sprayer stay down (on) and you have to pull it out to turn it off. It’s been more than 5 years since I brought it. Try contacting the local autoriced warranty but no reply from them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good faucet. This was a replacement faucet for the initial one that was faulty. Customer service was outstanding in overnighting a free replacement, and it's working in an outstanding manner. Easy to install if you have a brain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Faucet I actually bought this unit a few years ago, and have only one complaint. The aerator needs replacing no one carries the replacement parts.I went online Delta site and I have to replace the whole metal piece, not cheap twenty some bucks when all I really need is the rubber peice inside. Great unit to this day and I sure don't want to replace the whole thing because of that rubbery piece that is probbly worth about 25 cents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from bold, sleek, comtemporary look all in one ! Very happy with the selection of faucets and I am glad I chose this model. It has a great look and I love the tall faucet which moves so easily. The spray unit works excellent and doesn't leak when finished using. My last spray unit leaked and leaked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought my faucet in March of 2016. It was a while before I was able to get someone to install it (retired plumber). The down spout was very loose and one day it fell off in my hand. Call the retired plumber and he put the spout back on. Now it leaks underneath and on top. When I turn the faucet on it sputters due to air in it. I like the faucet's overall like but no one wants a faucet that leaks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet ! Small issue with Exchanged Sprayer I recently got this Faucet, and in general I like it very Much.. but it had a Spraying Leak within the "Sprayer Handle/Button" itself. The Lady that helped me was AWESOME and I received the new Hose, Button everything, very quickly... I know it sounds petty but the NEW / exchanged Nozzle sprays out in a VERY Small stream and comes out in a very, very strong stream, and is SO HARD, that whatever it hit's, the water goes everywhere.. It's like it's on Steroids... Strange complaint but I can barely use it now... Was it for the wrong unit...? I assume I need the correct or different one now... Please let me Know what to do .. Thanks Buddy

How do I replace part RP20049 O-ring?

Asked by: swaca
Thank you for your question, swaca! Before attempting this repair, please be sure the supply shut offs are completely turned off. Turn the handle on to drain any excess water out of the spout. The base of the spout body unscrews allowing the spout to lift up. Once you have removed the old o-ring, make sure this area is clean from debris, then slip on the new o-ring and replace the spout. Screw the base back into place but make sure not to over tighten. Best regards, Edward

What year was the LF added into the model number? I noticed all the models of the Vessona are discontinued except that one. Are the others unsafe?

I love everything about this faucet. It has held up great and still looks very nice and I'm picky. One of the handles have become loose over the years. If the set screw is stripped what can I do?
Asked by: Wendy
They sell a reverse drill bit which can extract the old set screw if you can't remove it and then replace with a new set screw. Just call delta and have them send a replacement. They are very good about free replacement parts.

Water continues to flow after shutoff for a couple of seconds

This faucet turns on to full pressure slowly and when shut off takes a couple of seconds to completely stop flowing. I liken to to how auto closing drawers operate. When using just the sprayer, it operates normally. So is there an adjustment in the diverter?
Asked by: BruceF
My faucet would turn off the water immediately. Now the water drains for four seconds before stopping completely. This can't be normal.

how to replace the o ring on model 21925 from the spout?

Asked by: thomas
Thank you for your question, Thomas! The spout base for this model unscrews and the spout simply lifts off. Once the original O-ring is removed, the new o-ring simply slides onto the spout shank. Please note that the o-ring will come pre-lubricated according to factory standards and no further lubrication is recommended. Best regards, Edward

How can we adjust the water pressure?

We love the new faucet but find we have lost a lot of water pressure. The stray hose is great and the pressure is perfect, but the main water pressure is a lot less than we used to have with our old faucet. Is there a way to adjust this?
Asked by: Rich
Adjust the pressure by turning up the water valves under the sink, where your faucet is connected
