Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet ! Small issue with Exchanged Sprayer I recently got this Faucet, and in general I like it very Much.. but it had a Spraying Leak within the "Sprayer Handle/Button" itself. The Lady that helped me was AWESOME and I received the new Hose, Button everything, very quickly... I know it sounds petty but the NEW / exchanged Nozzle sprays out in a VERY Small stream and comes out in a very, very strong stream, and is SO HARD, that whatever it hit's, the water goes everywhere.. It's like it's on Steroids... Strange complaint but I can barely use it now... Was it for the wrong unit...? I assume I need the correct or different one now... Please let me Know what to do .. Thanks Buddy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Squeaky handle within 40 days I have had this about 40 days and the hot handle started squeaking, like fingernails on a chalkboard. Tried the "contact us" link on the website in Firefox and IE, both give a blank page. Nice. How do I get a warranty refund/replacement? Also, the flow rate seems really slow on this, slower than the previous faucet. I tried some silicon spray on the fitting under the handle but to no avail. Maybe overnight it will get better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great design features My husband brought this faucet at Home Depot 2014 and it was fine up until last year it started leaking and the plumber replaced the washers in the handles and a month later it started again so I had the plumber back out , now the last two weeks of this month I 'm having the same issue even when I turn the values off under the sink it still leaks. My husband passed in 2015 so I don't have money to keep paying for no results. Do you have any idea why it keeps leaking. Both plumbers said it was a good faucet.

How do I replace part RP20049 O-ring?

Asked by: swaca
Thank you for your question, swaca! Before attempting this repair, please be sure the supply shut offs are completely turned off. Turn the handle on to drain any excess water out of the spout. The base of the spout body unscrews allowing the spout to lift up. Once you have removed the old o-ring, make sure this area is clean from debris, then slip on the new o-ring and replace the spout. Screw the base back into place but make sure not to over tighten. Best regards, Edward

Is it possible to use this faucet without the plate underneath?

Can I remove the plate and install in 4 holes on a granite counter-top?
Asked by: Sam
Dear Sam, Thank you for your question. The escutcheon/base plate of the Delta Vessona Kitchen 21925LF-SS faucet, is not a removable part. This plate is apart of the valve body of the faucet. Best regards, Tanya

How can we adjust the water pressure?

We love the new faucet but find we have lost a lot of water pressure. The stray hose is great and the pressure is perfect, but the main water pressure is a lot less than we used to have with our old faucet. Is there a way to adjust this?
Asked by: Rich
Adjust the pressure by turning up the water valves under the sink, where your faucet is connected

What year was the LF added into the model number? I noticed all the models of the Vessona are discontinued except that one. Are the others unsafe?

I love everything about this faucet. It has held up great and still looks very nice and I'm picky. One of the handles have become loose over the years. If the set screw is stripped what can I do?
Asked by: Wendy
They sell a reverse drill bit which can extract the old set screw if you can't remove it and then replace with a new set screw. Just call delta and have them send a replacement. They are very good about free replacement parts.

Water continues to flow after shutoff for a couple of seconds

This faucet turns on to full pressure slowly and when shut off takes a couple of seconds to completely stop flowing. I liken to to how auto closing drawers operate. When using just the sprayer, it operates normally. So is there an adjustment in the diverter?
Asked by: BruceF
Hi Bruce, Thank you for your question. No,there is no adjustment to be made. The water that runs after the faucet is shut off is the residual water that remained in the spout draining out. This is normal for the hi arc spouts. Thanks, Dave
