Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but for the problem that's developed I purchased this faucet three months ago and had installed by my plumber. The lines are clean and functioned well until a few weeks ago when developed a problem. It doesn't always shut off completely - ranges from a drip to a stream. The leak can be corrected by adjusting the lever, or turning back on and shutting off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful addition! We've been using our new faucet for about a month and we couldn't be happier with it. We chose this model for the lower profile and find it plenty high to fill pots. The finish is very nice and water spots don't have a chance to appear by simply wiping the faucet with a towel when it gets wet. It always looks perfect!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great. Nice features. We bought this faucet over 3 years ago and have been pleased with it's look and performance. No leaks but it has developed an issue with not turning off completely from the "Hot" position. Delta has been very responsive to questions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Delta Kitchen Faucet I've been buying Moen faucets forever but they just don't last. Always have to repair them. So I thought, let's try a Delta. So far, we love the way I works. Looks beautiful in our kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product at an excellent price. Looking for a kitchen faucet to replace a Kohler faucet and my plumber recommended Delta faucets. Found the one I wanted and had it installed with no problems. Love the basic features and look in our kitchen. Very solid product..looks stylish. Would absolutely recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Set screw problem I hate this faucet! The set screw keeps getting loose and has to be re-tightened with an Allen wrench. Will never buy another Delta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok but .... I have owned it for several months. Easy to install, looks nice, and controls work well. The faucet I replaced weighed a lot more and was made of a thicker and higher quality metal. So when I walk up to use it now the word that comes to mind is "cheap." Oh well.... I'll hang on to it.

I have a new Delta 4153 DST kitchen faucet. We have well water, and the flow rate is low. I would like to remove the flow restrictor on this faucet, but I do not see one listed on the parts list. Where is it?

Asked by: Gino
Thank you for your question, Gino. There is a flow restrictor located inside the wand assembly. However, we do not recommend to remove or modify the restrictor as this will void the warranty and may prevent it from complying with plumbing codes in your area. Please refer to the Technical Specifications to find the flow rate at 60 PSI. If you are not getting good flow, please check for debris in the back of the wand assembly as this is the most common cause of a reduced flow rate besides low water pressure. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/dsp-k-4153-dst_C.pdf Best regards, Jon

It's difficult to completely shut off the faucet (home is 2-1/2 years old). Seems like a new washer is needed but, we disassembled it and don't see a washer to replace. Should we purchase a replacement valve assembly?

Asked by: Linda
Hi, Linda! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. We recommend to clean the bottom puck on the valve cartridge assembly and retighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Unscrew the bonnet nut. Pull the valve cartridge out and clean the bottom puck on the valve cartridge assembly. Reinstall the valve cartridge assembly and retighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna

How far does the control lever rotate forward and back to control temperature? The rear limit is shown in the drawing on the specification sheet, but I would like to also know how far forward it goes. Please specify in angular degrees.

Asked by: John S
That seems like it would prevent fine control of temperature.

Is there a ball joint or other pivot where the sprayer hose connects to the sprayer head?

Asked by: John S
Thank you for your question, John S! The hose assembly is just screwed into the back/top of the wand/sprayer assembly, there is no ball joint connection of the Delta Linden Kitchen Pull-Out 4153-DST faucet model. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-4153-DST.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Does this have the magnet that locks the sprayer in place like some of your other models?

Asked by: EddieR
Hello EddieR, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Linden Kitchen 4153-DST faucet does not have the MagnaTite docking feature for the wand/sprayer assembly. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-4153-DST.pdf Best regards, Tanya

If the water is running with on spray, will it remain on spray when the water is turned off and then back on? I have seen other pullout faucets that revert to stream when the water is turned off and then back on.

Asked by: HJanet
Hi, HJanet! Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly on the 4153-DST faucet, like all of our faucets, stays on the mode that you select when you turn on and off the water. Best Regards, Rosanna
