Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great. Nice features. We bought this faucet over 3 years ago and have been pleased with it's look and performance. No leaks but it has developed an issue with not turning off completely from the "Hot" position. Delta has been very responsive to questions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Delta Kitchen Faucet I've been buying Moen faucets forever but they just don't last. Always have to repair them. So I thought, let's try a Delta. So far, we love the way I works. Looks beautiful in our kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product at an excellent price. Looking for a kitchen faucet to replace a Kohler faucet and my plumber recommended Delta faucets. Found the one I wanted and had it installed with no problems. Love the basic features and look in our kitchen. Very solid product..looks stylish. Would absolutely recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Set screw problem I hate this faucet! The set screw keeps getting loose and has to be re-tightened with an Allen wrench. Will never buy another Delta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok but .... I have owned it for several months. Easy to install, looks nice, and controls work well. The faucet I replaced weighed a lot more and was made of a thicker and higher quality metal. So when I walk up to use it now the word that comes to mind is "cheap." Oh well.... I'll hang on to it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great look and style My contractor reccomended this faucet in oil rubbed bronze to go with the rest of my kitchen. I could not use any of the faucets with magnets due to my pacemaker so this was perfect. I love the 360 swivel, the stream to spray and the sleek, clean lines. Unlike chrome faucets this is easy to keep clean and always looks great. I like the touch clean and the pull out length of the hose. This faucet is just what I wanted. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the increase flow button stopped working and the faucet has only been in use for 3 months, so I will have to call warranty. Once that is fixed and stays fixed this faucet gets 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Immediate excitement!! The moment the plumbers walked away from the sink I was elated with joy. So elegant looking. I am thrilled with the height of the faucet. The single side handle is perfect to reach. Not awkward and closer down so water does not run off the top of the faucet when turning off and on. The satin stainless finish is modern looking and much easier to keep clean. Now I can clean my large kettles and baking pans quickly and easily with much less water mess on my counters. It reaches across into the double sink perfectly for filling up anything. The spray is a nice mist that stays in the sink. It runs on spray or straight and the switch underneath make the switch quick and easy. The Pull out is perfect for rinsing the sink. The pullout sets far enough back that it will not just hang out of the end of the faucet. When I am working in the sink the faucet is not in my way causing aggravation. I can't believe I have put up with an ordinary faucet all these years. The soap dispenser is awesome. I have two others but will use this one for soft scrub to make cleansing the sinks so easy. No more messy powder cans. Eventually I will swap the other two dispensers for the ones that match my dispenser for my dish soap and hand soap since I am all about organization and efficiency. The Delta was also a recommended brand by the plumbers I trust whole heartedly I hope it lasts for many years. Pleased in Nebraska

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the look Love all the features, looks great in my new kitchen, just takes a bit to get the right water temperature

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Low flow The pull-out hose broke down, putting black chunks of hose into the water. The replacement hose that was sent is suppose to last longer before it does the same thing according to support. The new hose restricts the water flow, cutting the pressure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT VALUE My sister-in-law called me in a panic one night because her old kitchen faucet supply line burst and flooded the kitchen. I went to the local home center and selected a Delta 4153-AR-DST to replace here broken faucet. First of all, this faucet looks very nice with her kitchen color scheme. Secondly, it installed very easily (surprising as the hole cut out in the counter top was very odd). The faucet operates smoothly and is very easy to operate, unlike her previous faucet. The connections on this faucet make the final hook up so simple and are nearly fool proof.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handle problem I bought this faucet in March 2014 and have had a problem with the handle becoming loose and finally just lifting off in my hand one day. I put in a new set screw , but the handle became loose again in less than two months. Have to keep tightening it with a small Allen wrench weekly now. I like the look of the faucet and this is the only problem. It is a design flaw because the set screw is too small for the size of the handle.Am going to have to shop for another faucet, but it will not be a Delta product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty I like the look but didn't consider two important features. It doesn't have a magnetic lock and it doesn't default to stream. I'd assumed all faucets did that so it didn't occur to me to look closely. I need to manually shove the nozzle back in and yank it out because it doesn't click into place. And the sprayer is great but I want it to go back to stream for the next use. I suppose it's my fault for not asking before I got this one. I regret my purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very difficult to use I bought this for a laundry sink and thought this was the same linden faucet I had bought for my guest house kitchen sink. I was very disappointed in the quality, the detachable head is much too big and very bulky, it does not click back into place when you pull out to use sprayer function and the knob for sprayer function is awkward. the box looked like it was a returned product and unfortunately the plumber installed before I realized this was not a good faucet at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek appearance & smooth movements Our plumber has always advised to buy Delta products when ever possible. This faucet with soap dispenser meet all our needs for look and lifetime warranty. It is taller than my ideal preference but after filling a large pot, I'm glad for the extra clearance. Every moving part is smooth and the sprayer head retreats into the spout effortlessly. I highly recommend this faucet after using it for a month now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just the right height for us. we have a small cabinet over the sink and most of the new faucets are highly arched. this one is perfect height . my husband had no trouble installing it and it looks great with our european style modern cabinets. oiled bronze finish matches our hardware. water flows are exceptional also. love love love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All in one: elegant appealing look; Works well We liked the all in one and high curvature of this model. It stands higher giving more room to clean large pots, etc. The pull out sprayer works well albeit, I wish it would secure back in easier with out having to push it too make it flush again. The 3 spray modes saves water and lets you get that extra flow and pressure when needed. Very Pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Look I bought this faucet to match its "big brother" (the same larger model with the on/off sensor), plus I needed the smaller version for a smaller island sink. It is very solid quality and construction. Clean stream and not sloppy when switching to spray. I do agree with some of the other comments about the sprayer head not being magnetic when put back into position. It is a little cumbersom, but not a big deal. Overall I love the look and finish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Faucet Faucet works very well. Seems the handle needs to be in a certain position to turn water off completely. Love the spray feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from faucet I have replaced the utility sink faucet with the delta and oh how pleased we are. We love the high arm, pull down spray and one handle. You won't go wrong purchasing this faucets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet so far The arc is just perfect. The other brand I looked at would have been way too high to look right. This reaches out into my new sink just right. Not too high and not too far into the sink. The pull out handle feels rather cheap (I believe it is made from different material), but it pulls out easily. I especially love the feature that lets me push a button and the water flow increases.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After a while I like it The faucet was very easy to install. I was surprised to see that the control handle must be on the right side only. I would think that it should be reversible. After a while we got used to it. Also wish that the spray would automatically change to stream when you turn it off. Other than that, I like it very much. It seems well made, look great, and handle holds securely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean, Sleek Design Order was promptly shipped and it now installed. Our installation was done by a plumber so I cannot speak to the ease of installation. I love the clean, sleek design that is easy to use and clean. Water flow is strong. Pull out is a bit cumbersome, but we choose this design so the pullout faucet wouldn't "sag" down as our other one did. Very pleased with this purchase and with the price. We've had it for about 1 month now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Kitchen Faucet Decided it was time to replace our kitchen sink and faucet. We were tired of cleaning around 5 objects on our sink deck (soap dispenser, main spout, on/off handle, RO faucet, sprayer). We selected the Delta Cassidy, single handle pull-down model. Now only have the Cassidy and the RO Faucet. Much cleaner look, too with only 2 objects instead of 5. Love the magnetic docking feature on the pull-down head and the high arch to clear those large pans. It's a great kitchen faucet!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was told before I purchased this faucet that it would go from stream to flow which it does. However, the third button was to stop the flow of water to make the pull out feature even more useful. However, the third button does not stop the flow of water, but simply changes the flow from shower to stream. Not nearly as useful to me. Bummed. I had the faucet replaced once, thinking it just didn't work, but the replacement didn't work either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Faucet I ordered this before we had our new counter tops in, so it was a while before we were able to use it. The shipping was very fast and now that the faucet is in-we love it! It looks beautiful with our new counter tops and sink and functions perfectly. It has a sleek design that is not too tall, but allows for tall pots to be filled with ease.

If the water is running with on spray, will it remain on spray when the water is turned off and then back on? I have seen other pullout faucets that revert to stream when the water is turned off and then back on.

Asked by: HJanet
Hi, HJanet! Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly on the 4153-DST faucet, like all of our faucets, stays on the mode that you select when you turn on and off the water. Best Regards, Rosanna

what is the difference between models 4153-AR-DST and 4153-DST? also, I need a pull-down kitchen faucet that is less than 15" maximum height. Suggestions, please.

Asked by: anne38
Thank you for your question, anne38! The model 4153-DST is Chrome and 4153-AR-DST has the Arctic Stainless finish. The top of the spout is 12 5/16" above the deck surface. All of our current pull-out models are under 15" tall. Most pull-down kitchen faucets are just over 15", except for the model Leland model 9178-DST, which is 14 7/8" tall. Best regards, Jon

Can I use this faucet on top of Formica and mounted off of the sink?

Will the cover plate be sufficient in protecting my countertop from water damage?
Asked by: M.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4153-DST has a maximum deck thickness of 2 1/2 inches. The escutcheon plate will protect the sink from water underneath the escutcheon plate.

What is the function of the smaller button behind the stream/spray toggle?

We have difficulty getting the pull out sprayer to retract all the way into the handle. We frequently have to push it to get it to go in fully.

What can we do to make this easier?
Asked by: Sherry
Hi Sherry, Thank you for your question. The weight on the hose helps placing the wand back into place but does not retract the hose. It is normal to have to place the wand back into the spout to finish the connection. Please verify that the wand assembly hose is not getting hung up on other items below the sink. Thanks, Dave
