Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Kitchen Faucet Have had this faucet for over 5 years, after about 3 years it did develop a small drip from wand assembly, but it has a lifetime warranty & contacted Delta & they sent out a new valve assembly, after i installed that it no longer dripped. In the next year or so noticed very small black particles left on dishes & plastic containers that were rinsed, & determined it was coming from where the aerator is located at end of wand assembly, unscrewed that black plastic part & soaked it in vinegar & baking soda overnight, that seemed to take care of that problem, but that part seemed to be deteriorating some & again contacted Delta & they once again honored the faucets warranty & sent out a whole new wand assembly because that screw on part is only available with the wand part. Overall i am completely satisfied with a Delta product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Use Since 2007-2008 (Now 2017) We've been using this beautiful faucet since 2007-2008. Now in 2017, we just have to change the single handle valve cartridge. Not bad at all for 10 years. A word of CAUTION, however, be careful not to accidentally hit the handle with metal. It very light and it will leave holes or other marks. Enjoy it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed After a problem with the first one I purchased...swivel started to get tight and I returned it after a few months, the second one is not fairing much better. Problems with the mix valve and the hot water being not completely hot; some cold water was mixing in. I know because when I turned off the main cold water valve, the hot water from the faucet got a lot hotter. I wound up taking the top apart and turning the mix switch and forth and that seemed to fix it. Now I'm noticing after 2 months, the faucet is not swiveling as easy....might wind up returning it and getting a different brand. Soap dispenser doesn't pump out enough dish soap..just a few drops...ugh!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta service saves the day This is a followup to previous review in which I stated the faucet has a problem with dripping unless it is perfectly centered. A Delta team member contacted me and diagnosed the problem as a defective cartridge. They sent me a replacement and it is working fine now. Thank you Delta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement Faucet This was a replacement of the same brand originally installed in 2010. After 6 years, chloride build up (?) had prevented the faucet from swiveling easily and it was getting difficult to find the "sweet spot" to close the valve off fully. Delta sent a replacement faucet due to the wonderful lifetime warranty. No further questions asked. Customer service was outstanding. The similar installation was quick and effective. As a comparison, I have Moen bathroom and tub faucets. When my tub spout started leaking by significantly with the shower on, I looked on the internet for a replacement (also "said" lifetime warranty), but I could not even find a U.S. number to contact anybody, so everything is overseas. Just Delta for me from here out, as customer service is in the U.S.

My faucet has started to switch  from stream to spray every time I turn on the water. Is there a fix for this?

Asked by: Pam B
Thank you for your inquiry, Pam B! When the Delta Linden Pull-Out Kitchen 4353-SD-DST faucet is turned on, it is designed to always start in the water efficient stream. The user can then toggle it to the full stream position but when the water is turned off, it will return to the water efficient stream. There is no way to change this feature of the faucet. Best regards, Tanya

How do I change the cartridge? I have the cartridge, no direction came.

Asked by: Sarah Jane
Dear Sarah Jane, Thank you for your question. To change the cartridge, first turn off the water supply to the faucet. On the lever handle, you should find a small hex screw that can be loosened with a 1/8" Allen wrench. The handle will lift off when this screw is loose enough. Once the handle has been removed, unscrew the dome-shaped cap and the bonnet nut. The domed shaped cap and the bonnet nut will both unscrew counter-clockwise. Once the cap and bonnet have been removed, grasp the stem of the cartridge to which the handle was attached and pull it out. You will need to reinstall these parts later, so be sure to note how they are positioned in the valve. Reinstall the cartridge, the bonnet nut, and the cap. Finally, reinstall the handle. At this point, you can test the faucet again. Best regards, Tanya

How to retire the aerator for cleaning.

Asked by: Sam
Hi Sam, Thank you for your question! We recommend to soak the entire wand in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. You can also tap it and run water backwards through it to remove debris. The aerator is not intended to be removed from the wand. Best regards, Jon
