Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great if you get a dudless one We bought one of these and installed it in May 2016. It became possessed in the first month. On & Off on its own. Our Plumber said it was a faulty solenoid. Delta was great on sending a replacement at no charge of course. Since the new one has been installed it works like a charm. Really like the fact that when your hands are dirty all you have to do is touch. Keeps the grime from building up. I would recommend this faucet and we are thinking of installing the touchless models in our bathroom. Keep up the good work Delta.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very frustated with this faucet! On our second one only after a few months of our new kitchen remodel. First one was leaking and technology screwed up. It was replaced and after a month, problems with the lights, faucet stops running on its own and technology not consistent. Red light is on constantly...changed out batteries. light does not change from red to blue. Similar issues with the matching auto soap dispenser. Appears we made a very bad decision in purchasing a Delta product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really like it I like the to use the touch feature, really handy. the design is great. Service is excellent, we had some trouble with the temperature light, they helped work that out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Technology needs work We've been through 2 in less than 8 months. Light stop working, touch technology glitches. Delta will send out a new one after each failure, but we have to hire an installer each time. Technology needs further work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a disappointment! Couldn't wait to buy this faucet for our new condo. I have tried to get this faucet to work properly for over a year. Started out good for about a week and then started acting up. Plumber told me to change the batteries. Did that twice now and still giving me problems. Like other people have said inconsistent functionality, the Touch2O rarely works properly! When you turn it on sometimes it comes on and sometimes not. Living in a condo with sink in middle of island you CANNOT leave in touch mode because will turn on and off on its own just by someone walking by it or placing something in the sink. Ours was also installed by a plumber. Would NEVER recommend the touch feature and have told a lot of people..don't wasteyour money. A faucet of this price should be a dream not a nightmare!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does not stay on consistantly Light burnt out after only a month. Does not always stay on when tapped. Occasionally comes on on its own

What is the part number for the screen in the solenoid

There is a small tubular screen in the inlet side of the solenoid. What is the part number for replacing this pastic screen
Asked by: Justin
Dear Justin, Thank you for your inquiry! The internal screen of the solenoid assembly, that comes with the Delta Linden Pull-Out Touch2O Technology 4353T-SS-DST faucet is not a separately replaceable part. If you need a new screen, the full solenoid (EP78456) would need to be replaced. Best regards, Tanya

is the aerator removable?

I have hard water and sometimes need to clean the aerator on a faucet. How is this done on the Linden?
Asked by: rosewind
Hi rosewind, Thank you for your question. The aerator is not designed to be removed. Instead, you can remove the wand from the hose to check for debris and soak the wand assembly in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution to remove mineral buildup. Best regards, Jon

I noticed on the faucet itself, it states a max 2.2 gpm flow rate. How do I "activate" that? The current flow is awful.

Asked by: B
Hi, B! Thank you for your question. There is a toggle button underneath of the wand to change the mode from stream to spray and the bottom of the toggle is a small button to change the water flow from 2.2 GPM to 1.8 GPM. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do you control water temperture.

Asked by: fred58
Hi fred58, Thank you for your question. The volume and temperature are controlled by the handle. Tilt it to the right for cold and left for hot. The Touch2O feature will allow you to turn the water on or off with a tap. Best regards, Jon

I have a double sink as most kitchen do and would like to if the faucet swivel from sink to sink?

Asked by: Linda
We have a triple sink (large basin on the left, small basin in the middle, and a medium sized one on the right) and the unit swivels to each. However, our large basin on the left goes all the way back so the faucet on our sink is mounted slightly to the right of center, and it barely reaches the large basin on the left. But if you have a double sink with a centered mount, you should be fine.

Will work if pet touch it?

My girlfriend and I saw the tv commercial about touch sensor water faucets and she asked me what if you bought this and we gone out of home and our cats jump and simply touch this faucet and left water running? My cats love water the most! They will use paws to sweep the water out of water bowl and act like dog to drink toilet water! Cats love to lean on window bar to watch outside where this faucet is right there. So question is, will any pet be able turn water on by touch? I dont think fur will turn water on but paws? Paws does work on touch screen smart phones! :)
Asked by: Chase
My experience is that many things will turn the water on and off. Metal objects (saucepans, our dogs water dish, etc) will turn it on and off, as will a wet towel. I am not sure what the technology is concerning how it detects to turn on and off, but more than just a human touch will do it. I would say there is a good chance that a cats paw or nose could turn it on. However, there is a feature built in that will shut the unit off after 5 minutes of not being touched, so even if the cat turns it on, it will shut off after 5 minutes. Another suggestion would be to put a towel over the faucet while you are gone, or disconnect the battery unit so the faucet won't function at all.

Installing a Pilar Side Sprayer to Linden Pull-out Touch2O 4353T

We installed a new Delta Linden Single Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Model 4353T and also have a new Delta Pilar Side Sprayer Model RP53880 we wanted to install with the Linden Faucet. Is there a KIT or can provide instructions to install a Side Sprayer with the Linden Pull-out Touch2O 4353T so we can use the Side Sprayer and the Faucet provide water by touch. May need to purchase a different solenoid box?
Asked by: Sharlyne
Hi Sharlyne, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4353T-DST is not capable of have a side sprayer installed with it so the RP53880 will not work. It is a pull-out spray so a side spray is not necessary. Thanks. Jody
