Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great, works great Purchased the Delta 4380-AR-DST Arctic Stainless Pilar Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray about 2 weeks ago. It looks good, works well and just feels sturdy when when using the product. I bought Delta, due to past experience and lifetime warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Constantly breaking. We had the Pilar faucet less than one year when the collar under the handle broke. We replaced it, and then it broke again. After replacing the collar a second time, now the spray attachment is broken. Due to system upgrades, I can't contact Delta to see if they will replace it. Meanwhile, we can't use our sink. Since I will be paying a plumber, AGAIN, to fix this faucet, I am hoping Delta will at least replace the part.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from looks great and installs smoothly. my son did the installation, which required removing the sink in order to be able to remove the old unit. but with the ease of installing the Delta faucet the entire job only took an hour and a half. very satisfied .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent warranty I purchased this faucet from a plumbing supply store about five years ago and have been very happy with all aspects of it. I was even able to install it myself. I recently replaced my countertops, cabinets and sink and when the plumber removed this faucet, a small part related to the sprayer connection broke. I called Delta and they happily replaced the sprayer at no cost. An excellent product and and excellent warranty. thanks so much!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Faucet turning itself on automatically I have had the Delta Pilar touch faucet for several years she have been very satisfied with the ability of being able to turn it on and off with just a touch. HOWEVER, in the past few months the faucet has begun to turn itself on when I am not present. Initially this stopped after I replaced the batteries, but now it has begun to turn itself on again. This is not safe. I am at a loss what to do, as I worry that I will forget to manually turn it off and it willun continually while I am away from home. This has made me very unhappy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and stylish - good purchase The faucet is sleek and stylish - looks great in my kitchen. It arrived very quickly, which was helpful. I am not handy so I had someone else install it, but others might be able to do it themselves if they have the knowledge to do so.

I love the faucet, but I need to connect a portable dishwasher to it using a fitting with a 15/64" - 27 outside thread. It is a different size than the aerator. Is there an adapter piece available? I don't want to go back to manually washing dishes.

Asked by: JoeStanley
Hi, JoeStanley! Thank you for your question. This faucet aerator has a thread size of M21.5x1-6. We do have an adapter, RP51505, that will convert from 21.5X 1-6 g metric thread to 55/64”-27 standard thread. Here is a link to this adapter: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP51505 Best Regards, Rosanna

Does it have a base plate for 4 holes

Asked by: Bob 3824
Thank you for your question, Bob. Unfortunately, we do not have an escutcheon plate for this model. If you have 4 holes, we recommend the model 4380-SD-DST, which includes a soap dispenser. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/4380-SD-DST Alternatively, you can purchase a soap dispenser such as the model RP50781 or a hole cover to add to the 4380-DST. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/RP50781 Best regards, Jon

MY unit is about 5 years old and for some reason when i tun on the tap to hot or cold or both the water only trickles out ----- was doing this off and on for a whole but now is permanent ----can i repair this $$

Asked by: RFRF
Hi, RFRF! Thank you for your question. We would recommend to flush the valve to make sure no debris is causing the low flow from your faucet. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If you need further help with this process, please contact us directly and we can walk you through the procedure. We are available at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 3), Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 6pm CST. Best Regards, Rosanna

how do I tighten the handle on the supply line above the sink

It's almost impossible to tighten from below.
Asked by: Chick
Hi, Chick! Thank you for your question. There is a small set screw in the handle itself that can be tightened with a 1/8" allen wrench. The set screw can be found behind the small blue/red button on the handle. Best Regards, Rosanna
