Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvement over previous model I purchased an older version of this faucet back in '07. It was much better than the cheapo faucet that the previous owner installed, but it had various flaws. After having a good portion of the parts replaced through warranty by Delta directly, they offered me this later model as a replacement. I'll note that it appears to be made much cheaper in regards to less brass/metal and more plastic, but the quality actually seems so much better. The weight from the metal in the previous model seemed to be a detriment to the faucet causing more stress with the single-handle functionality. This newer one installed works very smooth pivoting back and forth between the two sinks. The handle is easy to pull out. The system to tighten it to the sink is so much better than the old one as well. The old one never seemed to tighten and stay that way. I also like the flow of the water and spray. It's spot on. Decent pressure but not too much that it splatters everyone outside of the sink. I just hope that the rubber holes don't clog as frequently as the old nozzle did though nothing an old toothbrush couldn't remedy. Thanks, Delta for your innovation and standing behind the things that do fail. I'll update the review if anything goes terribly wrong, but so far I'll say that this is a great product from the start.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality faucet. It looks and feels solid. It's a little pricey but worth the money you pay for as it comes with Delta warranty. The product looks good and solid out of the box. It was relatively easy to install and functionally and esthetically improved my kitchen sink with the included soap dispenser. The step by step instructions was easy to follow. I am happy with the purchase and that's why I bought a Delta when I replaced my bathroom faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer service. We recently moved into a house that was remodeled in 2008. As new owners we noticed that the kitchen faucet was unable to swivel from the beginning. We tried everything to fix it but was unable to find a remedy to the problem. Because we were not the original owner that purchased and installed the faucet the thought of contacting Delta never crossed our minds until we were at a point that fixing it was no longer an option and replacement was. Since money was tight and replacement would have to come at a much later date I decided to contact Delta for a possible "quick fix". They instead sent us an entirely new faucet completely free (they paid shipping and handling) and it was at our door in less than 4 days. To our surprise and satisfaction the previous owner had sent in the warranty when purchased and this issue was covered under that along with the shipping and handling. Installation was a breeze and we are now back in working order. Thank You Delta.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not stand the test of time I have 2 of these units in different sinks. There are flaws with the design and materials of this product. I have always had issues with the hose attachment to the wand, which would continually loosen and leak. Eventually the hose gave out and started leaking from the actual line. The black rubber material for the flow change button on the wand wears out as well. They have completely fallen off exposing the white plastic switch mechanism. I will try to see if the warranty will be honored to replace. I will avoid the rubber parts moving forward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for the job I bought this for a couple I was building a house for and they were happy w/ the look and the functionality of the faucet. I've bought this over the years for a number of other homes I have built. I have never heard one complaint and if there was a problem, the builder is always the first to know

How do you remove the mounting bracket under the sink to take out the fixture? I removed both screws and cannot turn the mounting bracket.

Is there a special tool to remove this?
Asked by: RS
I just installed mine recently and can confirm that the Delta expert is correct. The two screws actually torque the plate in place to hold the faucet tight. Once those two screws are loosened, the entire assembly that the screws go into can be removed by hand, counter-clockwise, down the threads that you see below.

Is the entire base of the faucet supposed to swivel so that the faucet can be centered back and forth over either side of a double sink?

Asked by: Ann
Hi, Ann! Thank you for your question. The faucet can be swiveled to the left and right at the base of the faucet so that you can move the faucet from one sink to the other. Best Regards, Rosanna

disassembling hub to replace bottom o-ring

I need to replace the bottom o-ring on my Palo kitchen faucet and I need some directions on how to take it apart to do so. I have posted this question before but have received no replies - I apologize for this additional posting.
Asked by: Jack
Hi Jack, Thank you for your question. If your faucet is 9 years old you will have the model 467-SS. To change out the o-ring under the spout you will want to: 1) Shut off the water supply to the sink. 2) Remove the RP32522 clip that holds the hose assembly to the faucet, and detach the hose. 3) Pull the RP44643 wand assembly and hose assembly from and through the spout to remove. 4) Remove the RP44642 handle from the faucet, use 1/8" allen wrench to loosen set screw. 5) Loosen adjusting ring and unscrew RP50 cap. 6) Grab top of RP70 ball assembly and pull up to remove ball assembly and RP61 cam assembly. 7) Pull spout up and off of faucet body to gain access to o-rings. Here is a link to the manual to the model 467 that includes the parts breakdown to help with your repair. Thanks, Dave

How do you remove and clean the aerator from the wand?

Asked by: Gmunson
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 467-SD-DST has an aerator that should unscrew from the wand for cleaning. We can also recommend soaking the whole wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water for cleaning.
