Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value This faucet set is very comfortable to use an a nice size. I did have problems with o rings on the hand unit section that mounts to the base. The bottom o-ring dislodged and became disfigured--easy to replace through Delta or a local hardware store. Delta's customer service is excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Item - Must Have! I recommend the 2.2gpm vs 1.5gpm - you get better pressure. This is so easy to operate and easy to clean up. Super smooth operation!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wand Assembly breaks easily I had a contractor install this faucet, about 6 months ago, and it's only been used maybe 10 days worth of use, at a remote vacation cabin. When using it, the Wand Assembly came off when pulled out just a couple of inches. The plastic locking feature had broken. Examination shows that the locking feature is a very small plastic nub that is slightly spring loaded, with about 1/16th of an inch of plastic connecting it. I assume the plastic part is factory installed, since you can only replace the entire wand assembly as a unit (screw onto the hose). Not a very robust design. I notice most of their faucets are similar design when the wand is a pull out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good I have an open floor plan apartment and needed a low faucet so as not to tower over the counter separating the kitchen from the general living area. The height of this faucet is perfect and I've been using it for about a month and the mechanics are flawless. I like that it was made in USA too.

467-SS or 47-SS-DST?

I have the Palo Single Hole 467-SS faucet but the contractor that installed it in 2007 took all the paperwork with him. Is there some way to know if I have DST or not? Is there a time before DST?
Asked by: epk
Hi Epk, Thank you for your question! The DST version of the 467 was released in 2008. You can determine the version of the faucet by the supply lines manufactured on the body below the sink. The older Non DST version has copper hot and cold supply lines and the DST version has Pex lines ( hard dark grey plastic). Best regards, Brandis

Is it still possible to obtain parts for this older 467 model

I noted that the newer model has a valve cartridge whereas mine has a ball assembly. If needed, are parts still available for the ball assembly model? Thanks
Asked by: Patrick
Hi Patrick, Thank you for your question! We do still have repair parts available for the model 467, such as the RP70 ball and RP3614 repair kit. If you need any parts in the future, please let us know as we would be happy to help! Thanks, Jon

we have model 467 pull out fawcet. this is discontinued. what is replacement?

looking for single hole fawcet, prefer pull out spray feature. would like one with single hole like the 467 we have. what is replacement?
Asked by: Bob
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question. Although the model 467 is no longer available the 467-DST is the replacement. The faucet looks the same but internally is different. Instead of using a ball assembly, seats, and springs to control the water the 467-DST uses the RP50587 diamond seal technology valve cartridge. http://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/details/467-dst.html Thanks, Dave
