Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pull Out Faucet Defective I bought this kitchen faucet a year ago and the Pull-Out Faucet will not hold in the spray position. Also, when rotating the faucet, it is difficult to turn and makes a squeaking sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made and designed kitchen faucet We have had the faucet for 2 weeks now and it was an excellent replacement of one we had. The hose can pull out very far and the base is very sturdy yet easy to swivel. It is well made and assembled in the USA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality faucet, easy installation instructions This is a replacement faucet to our existing faucet still under the Delta Lifetime Warranty. This faucet has much longer and sturdier water line tubing. No additional tubing was needed to connect to the main water supply. The new, movable weight to the hose is an added plus. Easy-to-follow installation instructions with step-by-step illustrations. No parts were missing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flimsy on steel sink tops, difficult on a shallow basin, binding spray hose, leaks and no replacement parts. Installation was not easy, nor designed for a steel sink top. Very flimsy without some type of deep support sleeve. I noticed that the hose would kink very easily when pulling the handle out. This is due to the weight around it for retracting. Probably due to the constant tension on the hose, it started leaking down under the sink. It should come with a stiffer hose there or a spring around it. Water collects in the hub, dribbles down the hose, and now I am stuck with no way to replace it. After awhile (I clean the aerator periodically) the water developed a musty funk smell and taste. I took a look inside under the buttons, and man! It was disgusting in there! Black mould was caked around the mechanism. I had to soak the whole thing in bleach. Now the chrome finish is peeling under the handle, the hub base has come loose, and I am left wondering if it is even worth trying to repair. It has been a couple of years since purchasing, but the problems started early on. If water gets to the neighbors downstairs, this will I would say this is a $40 faucet at best. Find another model unless they have addressed these issues. I'm out $150+ and could like something better for the time and money spent on this disaster. Two stars because I know you tried, Delta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value This faucet set is very comfortable to use an a nice size. I did have problems with o rings on the hand unit section that mounts to the base. The bottom o-ring dislodged and became disfigured--easy to replace through Delta or a local hardware store. Delta's customer service is excellent.

Asked by: Larry
Hello Larry, Thank you for your question. The connection of a portable dishwasher puts too much stress on the hose, wand and it's mount. Best Regards, Courtney

Asked by: Carol
Hi, Carol, I am sorry to hear that the button on your sprayer is detaching. There is not a replacement button for the sprayer. You would need to replace the whole sprayer for this part. The part number for the sprayer is RP44643SS. To obtain this part, please call our customer service line at 1(800)345-3358 and we'll be able to help you further. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the handle assembly swivel

Asked by: Oldcoach
Dear Oldcoach, Thank you for your question. The body of the Delta Palo kitchen 467-DSTfaucet, that sits above the escutcheon/base plate, swivels back and forth 120 degrees. The actual handle, that turns the faucet on and off, does move up, down, left and right to control the water flow and temperature. Best regards, Tanya

Replacing bottom O-ring

Our Palo single handle kitchen faucet is going on 9 years old. Recently, it started moving around when we swung the wand assembly/hub from side to side. I went under the sink and tightened the bracket but now it's way too hard to swing the wand and it squeaks when you do. It seems like the bottom o-ring needs replacing. Can you provide instructions on how to disassemble the faucet to replace the bottom o-ring?
Asked by: Jack
Hi Jack, Thank you for your question. If your faucet is 9 years old you will have the model 467-SS. To change out the o-ring under the spout you will want to: 1) Shut off the water supply to the sink. 2) Remove the RP32522 clip that holds the hose assembly to the faucet, and detach the hose. 3) Pull the RP44643 wand assembly and hose assembly from and through the spout to remove. 4) Remove the RP44642 handle from the faucet, use 1/8" allen wrench to loosen set screw. 5) Loosen adjusting ring and unscrew RP50 cap. 6) Grab top of RP70 ball assembly and pull up to remove ball assembly and RP61 cam assembly. 7) Pull spout up and off of faucet body to gain access to o-rings. Here is a link to the manual to the model 467 that includes the parts breakdown to help with your repair. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/467-ss.html?document=mi&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave
