Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I bought this three years ago. Since then I've had to replace the nozzle because the switch wouldn't work properly. Now I have a problem with the faucet leaking. The lever would need to be moved around to shut off the leak. Good thing there's a lifetime warranty on parts. I just wish it didn't fail sooner.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks after a few months. I was excited about my new faucet and thought it looked really good with my newly upgraded kitchen, but it has started to leak really bad and now I'm looking to repair it. I see that others are having the same problem as well and now I have a little buyers remorse for this product when I go to Home Depot and walk past other faucets after having it installed :( I've turned the kitchen water pressure down to try to prevent it leaking sometimes until I repair it. Hopefully after the repair, it will no longer leak other than that, I think it looks very nice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not recommend We would like this faucet quite a bit except for some issues we're having with it. The button that controls the spray vs non-spray does not work well. And we're having a problem with black specks in the water. A plumber just told us that we need to clean out the faucet head, but he said we needed a special tool to remove the aerator to achieve this. This unit did not come with a special tool for removing the aerator and there's nothing in the manual about it. Reading some other reviews, it looks like perhaps our aerator can not be removed. He was unable to fully clean out the faucet head without being able to remove it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great kitchen sink faucet. It came with a dish soap dispenser. This faucet has a nice finish and matched my stainless steel sink. It came with a liquid dish washing dispenser. The instructions for installing were clear enough that my college son installed it. Delta has bee a great company and we like their products. They have a large variety of products to suit everyone's need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wand Button is Terrible We have had this faucet just over 6 years. It worked great for the first couple of years. The past 2 years the button on the wand stopped being easy to switch. Some days I really hurt my finger switching from sprayer to normal flow. Get one without this option! Otherwise it was great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faucet faiks and leaks quickly This faucet was installed no more than a year ago. It leaks constantly and while trying to repair it the part that connects the handle to the lines broke by simply pushing in the button. They sell parts for it but I guarantee that it will totally break before you repair the leak. Believe the reviews this one is not worth the hassle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A poorly designed Delta I've had this faucet for awhile. It's sold only at Home Depot, and is currently priced at $129. I was attracted to it's sleek looks and stainless finish. However, be forewarned, this faucet is poorly designed...other reviews have cited the same characteristic. Maybe it's because this Home Depot version is supposed to be cheap, but despite what seems to be every other Delta faucet, this one does not have a removable aerator. The plastic screen top on my aerator broke off and was swept down the drain. I wasn't worried as I just assumed I'd just easily replace it. After all even my research recommended replacing it...there is a Q&A from Boba in July 2015 asking how to clean the aerator on this model. An "expert" Delta staff member that goes by DeltaFaucet2 recommends just replacing it and gives part number RP76076 (pic attached). Well, after trying to unscrew my topless aerator for 30 minutes, I realized there are no threads to hold the replacement I purchased...leaving me dismayed and now with a damaged wand that has no aerator at all. The worse part is that a replacement wand costs more than a new faucet at $140. I'm very disappointed. I think it's time to change my loyalty.

I tried to take out the aerator to clean but it broke apart in the process. Do I have to replace the wand now? And is it possible to replace this wand with a wand that has a standard aerator size that will be compatible with a portable dishwasher?

Asked by: Tony
Hello Tony, Thank you for your inquiry! The aerator of the Delta Cicero Pull-Out Kitchen 468-SD-DST faucet is not designed to be removed, the full wand assembly RP44652 would need to be replaced. Also, none of our pull out or pull down faucets are compatible with portable dishwashers. The connection puts too much stress on the hose, the wand and it's mounting. Best regards, Tanya

What is the difference between the Cicero (468-SD-DST) and Palo (467-) models?

The Cicero model is sold by Home Depot, the Palo by Lowe's and Amazon. I couldn't compare the models on the Delta website because in the summary the website showed only the Palo model. I saw Cicero at Home Depot, and a Google search lead me to this model also here on the Delta website. Does the Palo allow to control the water flow? That seems to be an issue raised in the Q&As for the Cicero. What is the difference between these two models and which would you recommend? Thank you.
Asked by: Marie
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model numbers 468-SD-DST and 467-DST differ in a couple of ways. The handles and the wands are slightly different. Also the 468-SD-DST has a soap dispenser included with it, and the 467-DST does not. It is a personal preference as to which one is better, they will perform the same way.

If the faucet only moves from side to side about an inch or two. What is wrong with it. Not having any paperwork, how do you find out exactly which model you have other than by the look.

Asked by: Helen53
Hi, Helen53. Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your faucet. If the hub assembly for the faucet does not swivel, we recommend to replace the hub assembly, RP51489, and o-ring, RP44648. Here are links to these parts: If these parts do not fix the issue, we recommend to replace the faucet altogether. For more assistance with this, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. Do you have to hold the button down to use the spray function?

Can you just click it and use the spray nozzle, or do you have to hold the button down all the time for spraying?
Asked by: Emmeria
It is not necessary to hold the button when spraying. Just click on it and spray.

Can the aerator be removed on Delta cICEROFaucet Mod. 468-SD-DST

The aerator is obviously now becoming obstructed with mineral deposits. Other Delta kitchen faucets now come with a plastic tool to remove the center portion but that does not work on this model. Can the aerator be removed for cleaning?
