Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall a Good Kitchen Faucet (Model 474-SS) Only two issues, one significant. The easy issue was annoying drip after the water was turned off. More significant was a leaking hose (the crome encased pull out hose) started leaking under the kitchen sink. Called Delta Faucets and they'll send me a new style, "nylon/fiber jacketed" hose as they no longer make my leaky one. Just glad I caught the leak before it ruined the flooring. (Call center was very helpful. Thanks) My counter top / splash back overhang made this model an ideal buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product that has lasted years! We installed the Waterfall Model No 474 when we built our home in 2001. The product has operated extremely well for the last 16 years. The only issue I have had with the faucet is that every 5 years or so I will get a slow drip when the faucet is off. This is the only reason why I gave it 4-stars on the Quality rating. After calling Delta to report the problem each time, they have quickly sent out complimentary replacement parts since I am the original owner of the faucet. The parts were easy to install and each time fixed my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or purchase this specific faucet in the future...even though it has been discontinued.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet This faucet was easy to install and works great. The only thing I have noticed is that with it being higher profile than my previous faucet (which I wanted for ease of filling bigger pots, etc) there is more splash when you rinse an item or wash hands. It is a matter of adjusting the flow to less than I was used to and holding the item lower into the sink to prevent some of the splash. I still like having the spout higher for the reasons I wanted it orginally.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it - works perfect and looks great We had this faucet installed with our new undermount sink. Very sleek and modern. Higher profile than I expected, but I still like the look.

How do I remove the sleeve (RP32544)

How do I remove the sleeve assembly from my 474 kitchen faucet in order to install the o rings. The sleeve seems to be on tight and I don't want to force it and break something
Asked by: Jack
Hi Jack, Thank you for your question. The RP32544 sleeve is not screwed onto the valve body, the o-rings are what holds the piece in place. Turning the sleeve back and forth while pulling up should help the sleeve come loose. Thanks, Dave
