Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish, Functional & Reasonable My wife has fallen in love with this faucet. It's the first one we have ever owned with a sprayer that really works. The directional nozzle is great for rinsing out our large sink. This faucet is reasonably priced and highly functional. I suggest it be considered for your next faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior Quality Obvious from the Getgo The "weight" of the materials, the "smoothness" in the way it operates and the "finish" make me wonder why an informed consumer would choose anything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet We looked at every faucet at Home Depot and Lowes. Lowes did not show this as a stock item but it was part of a display showing new counter tops. It had all the features we wanted. We installed new granite counters and stainless steel sink undermounted. It's beautiful.

How to remove and clean the aerator filter? Model 488-SSWF

The filter has become clogged and needs to be removed from the aerator head. Does this require a special tool? If not, how is this accomplished? If so can the tool be ordered and shipped?
Asked by: Geff
You have probably already figured this out. There is a set screw on the underside of the facet at the end of the spout. Remove the set screw with an allen wrench and pull the whole aerator/end of spout assembly toward you. If the aerator is clogged, you should be able to just rinse the screen at the point that the water enters the aerator. I made the mistake of buying the aerator tool, only to discover it does not fit this model.
