Single hole installation

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product adds functionality and a sleek design to my kitchen. I think the spout does need to be soaked in vinegar and water from time to time to keep the spout unclogged. Perhaps this soaking process should be mentioned in the instruction booklet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rarely works! I bought three of these for my new home and none have worked well. We are constantly working on them. Frustrating!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lifetime Delta user Always quality with Delta products till this one. Soap dispenser is hard to use and when you do finally get soap, the amount dispensed is too small to use. After walking thru the step process with Delta representative, I got more soap but still inadequate. Take it off market, you don’t need bad products, let the other companies get these horrible reviews.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great in Theory, not so great in practical use Bought this mostly from an aesthetic stand point and convenience. However, the aesthetic does not out way how difficult it is to use. There is an on/off feature. When off there is no manual way to get soap. When on, the sensor is very sensitive and doesn't always respond when trying to use the touch or motion. However, when washing dishes or even walking by, it will respond, sending soap every where and all over the sink and counter. In addition, the amount of soap it dispenses is way too much. But it looks nice! Again, great in theory...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Go with a manual! This dispenser has to be primed with every use. So, your first 3-4 attempts are unsuccessful. I find myself wishing I had went with a good, old fashioned, manual pump. No one has time for this, nor do you want to have to explain it to everyone who tries using it. I do love my Delta trinsic touch faucet. I wish there was a manual pump soap dispenser to match, especially now that I've drilled a hole through my granite. I went with a manual Moen pump with a similar appearance. I do not recommend you drill a hole in your countertop to house this product that doesn't work more often that it does.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked great for 6 months then stopped dispensing soap Pretty bummed - seems like I am having a common problem. The dispenser is the only one that matches the style of touch faucet. Dispensed soap great for 6 months then stopped pumping up soap. The motor activates and spins fine, however it just wont pump anything up. You'd think it would have lasted longer for the price and because it's a Delta.

How do I turn off proximity mode?

How do I turn off proximity mode and only use touch? Also how do I program amount dispensed? The quick start link is not working.
Asked by: Jason
Hi Jason, Thank you for your question. Proximity mode can be switched to touch activation by Grabbing the spout for 10 seconds. A purple light will come on after 5 seconds but will turn off after 10 seconds. Let go of the spout when the light turns off. You will then see a red light for 3 seconds. Hands free proximity mode is now off. To change the amount dispensed, grab the spout for 5 seconds and when the light turns purple, let go. Tap 1-5 times for the amount desired, indicated by a blue light, which will then turn purple again. Grab the spout for 5 seconds to save this change. Best Regards, Edward

What kind of soap should I use?

I noticed that the instructions advise you should not use soap that is too "thick" with the dispenser. I chose soap that I believe is not too thick however the pump seems to struggle to dispense it. Is there a particular type or brand of soap we should be using?
Asked by: Caroline
Hi, Caroline. Thank you for your question! We don't have any particular brand that we recommend but if the soap dispenser is having a difficult time dispensing your soap, you may want to water the soap down and see if that makes a difference. Best Regards, Rosanna
