The reviews for this product are below average to poor. Due to the low reliability of this product I would like to know what the warranty is for this specific product? I don’t want to spend $130 for an electronic dispenser that breaks after a year

Asked by: DanD
Thank you for your question, DanD! The warranty will specifically cover any manufacture defect for as long as the original purchaser owns the home they have installed this in. Electronic portions of the dispenser are covered for five years from the time of installation. Any parts purchased after that would then carry another five year warranty. https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts/warranty Best regards, Edward

what size hole do i make in the granite for installation?

Asked by: alice
Hi, Alice, Thank you for your question. We recommend the hole size to measure between the diameter of the shank coming down from the soap dispenser (1 1/16") and the diameter of the base of the soap dispenser (2 17/64"). Please refer to our technical specifications for additional measurements. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-72045T%20Rev%20D.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

can I get a smaller size of soap bottle with my 72065T? The one that came with it. is too big to fit between my sink and cabinetry. Help!

Asked by: Melissa
Dear Melissa, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Contemporary Touch Soap Dispenser 72065T, has only one stand alone bottle assembly EP77059 designed for it. We do not make a larger or smaller soap bottle for this dispenser. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-S-72065T.pdf Best regards, Tanya

I've had the touch soap dispenser for about a year. It has never worked properly and barely dispenses any soap. Reset and checked the batteries...While checking the batteries, I found the bottom of the cabinet was filled with soap. What is wrong?

Asked by: YoJo
Hi, YoJo! Thank you for your question. A tap will give you a factory set amount of soap. To modify the amount of soap delivered, follow the sequence of steps below. The factory setting is equivalent to 3 taps. So to reduce the amount delivered, tap 1 or 2 times once in program mode. To increase the amount delivered, tap 4 or 5 times once in program mode. Grab the spout for 5 seconds. You will see a solid purple light. Let go of the spout. Tap 1-5 times for the amount of soap you want. The blue light flashes the number of times you selected (ie: 1-5 times). It will return to a solid purple light. If a different amount is desired,re-tap. Grab the spout for 5 seconds to save your setting & exit. The purple light will turn off. Let go of the spout. Your soap dispenser will dispense the same amount with Touch & Hands-free activation. If you should need further assistance with this, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. Rebooted all the features and still getting red light 3 times blinking
Asked by: Jay
Hi Jay, Thank you for your question. The flashing red light indicates your batteries are getting low and need changed. Please make sure to use all new, name brand-alkaline batteries for optimal performance. Best regards, Edward
