Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty, but water stream far too forceful and uneven I specifically wanted a Delta faucet and really liked the design and features of this one. But wow--the water is far too forceful on the spray setting. Not only that, it's uneven, with some of the holes having only a trickle of water while others have an extremely strong stream. (See attached photo.) I shouldn't have to get stressed out every time I do dishes! Delta, is there any way to adjust either of these things--without having to call a plumber? :/

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks good, functionality not-so! This faucet looks great but to be honest I do not care for the way it functions. The water temperature is hard to dial in so I flicked the switch so we don't scold ourselves when washing dishes. It limits the amount of hot water that passes the faucet. The other things I do not like are when shutting the water, if you do not make sure it is shut it is very easy to leave it dripping or slightly on, not easy to dial in the actual off position. The other issue is the pressure that the water comes out of the faucet on both setting, way too hard for me, the water splashed all over the place when it hit the dishes or items I am washing. Not a purchase I am happy that I made, sorry Delta it's a miss for us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, Stylish Faucet Fantastic kitchen faucet. The finish (Arctic Stainless) was beautiful and the faucet is very high quality. I love the magnetic catch on the sprayer and it is very easy to use. Operation of the faucet is smooth and it is easy to set the desired water temperature and flow rate. While I did not install this myself, I took a look at the instructions and it seems that a reasonably mechanically inclined person should be able to install this faucet. They even include a faucet wrench. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Install I found the Esque Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet was fairly easy to install. The directions that came with the faucet was also fairly easy to follow. When using the pull-down feature of the faucet while very easy to pull down it retracted I think too quick banging fairly hard on the faucet. I think there should be a rubber piece there to cushion this. I think that over the long haul that may be a problem. Otherwise, the faucet works great. Easy to handle changing the water temperture and controlling the flow of the water.

I bought the 9181-DST faucet and according to your website it is supposed to have “shield spray technology “. I must have missed something somewhere as mine seems only to have a spray and stream setting. How do I enable the shield?

Asked by: Jeff
Hi, Jeff! Thank you for your question. The Esque faucet 9181-DST didn't always have ShieldSpray Technology. If the faucet was manufactured before October 21, 2017, it will not have the ShieldSpray Technology. You can purchase the sprayer assembly that includes ShieldSpray Technology. The sprayer assembly is RP90840. Here is a link to the part: If the faucet was manufactured after October 21, 2017, it should include the ShieldSpray Technology. There is an extra button on the sprayer assembly that will engage this spray. The manufacture's date should be labeled on the faucet's box or the tag labeled with the model number on the supply line under the sink, on the faucet. For more assistance with this, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. What is the difference between Euromotion Diamond and Diamond?

Asked by: Shell
Hi, Shell, Thank you for your question. The Euromotion Diamond Seal Technology cartridge gives a different range of motion than a regular Diamond Seal Technology cartridge. The Euromotion DST cartridge give the handle the motion of out, forward and back. Best Regards, Rosanna
