Touch on. Touch off. With Touch2O® Technology, it doesn't matter if you have two full hands or ten messy fingers. Tap anywhere on the spout or handle of the faucet with your hand, wrist, or forearm to start and stop the flow of water. Thoughtfully designed to make kitchen tasks easier, Touch2O Technology allows you to turn the faucet on and off with just a touch anywhere on the faucet's spout or handle. Designed for precise, responsive control every time, no matter where you touch. You can easily control and change the water temperature above the deck using the faucet handle. TempSense™ Technology measures the water temperature in the faucet. The LED light at the base of the faucet changes from blue to magenta to red depending upon the temperature of the water to let you know when the water temperature is right for you. A/C adapter EP73954 is available to purchase separately as an option to avoid changing batteries. Even if the adapter is used, batteries are still recommended as a back-up if power goes out. Once power is restored, the solenoid valve will automatically revert back to using A/C power. All Touch2O models are water-efficient, underlining Delta's commitment to conservation. The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite® keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture-perfect. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal® Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex® PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to five million uses. Only Delta faucets are equipped with Touch-Clean® soft, rubber nubbins that allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problem came later We purchased this faucet about 5 years ago and over the last 6-12 months is when issues began. The hose and nozzle began to rust and now the nozzle no longer securely connects with the faucet, Disappointing for what we paid for it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cartridge is not durable for over five years I bought a new house with this kitchen faucet six years ago. It started to drip because cartridge need to be changed. I found the faucet manufacturer warranty only for five years and other brands I asked from store for life time warranty. I hope I can get help to find the parts to fix the problem. I also have a bathroom faucet with the same problem as kitchen faucet. I'll start to deal with these two faucets. Keep fingers crossed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Customer I purchased my on/off touch faucet about 5 yrs. ago and sprayer head has recently sagged away from arched tube magnetic connector because of rust. I called Delta customer service prepared to buy replacement parts and was then reminded by service agent of Delta's lifetime warranty . Delta is now shipping replacement sprayer head and magnet to solve problem. No hassel and no cost to me! Thanks Delta!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Addison Kitchen Faucet We have new construction as of 4 years ago. We love the style of this, but the performance has been less than average. It is now leaking from the handle, whether the electronics are on or off. It is more of a mechanical and quality problem. We will be sitting in the other room, no dishwasher running or anything, and the water will just come on! The soap dispenser started giving us problems about a year ago, not wanting to release when pressed down to express soap. Frustrated, especially with such a high price tag!! I usually don't write poor reviews, but I am disappointed with this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't live up to its hype Loved the look and the touch-option and we installed it in 2013 a remodeled kitchen. Within two years the hand-touch option stopped working and even after phoning Delta and obtaining a Solenoid, we couldn't fix it. so for years it's been without touch. Then about a year ago it started dripping for about 3 seconds after shutting it off. Now, two weeks ago it drips for about 6 seconds after shutting it off. We don't want to struggle with any fixes and we plan to pull this out and buy something else--not a touch-option, however. afraid that is too likely to default.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product - my second in almost 15 years! My first touch faucet lasted forever, I almost wanted it to die so that I can buy a new model. After 15 years, my celliniod needed to be replaced and I opted to buy a new one instead. I ended up buying the same model with upgraded splash guard. Not sure if I like the splash guard, but in any event I love that the water will turn off if I walked away and forgot that the water was on. And use your arms if your hands are not free to turn on the faucet! It's functional and pretty!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works great - unless batteries are dead. If batteries go out, so does the faucet, no water. I wouldn't suggest a touch-less faucet. Otherwise good product.

Installation on a 3-hole sink

I have a 3-hole sink and would like to install the 9192T-SD-DST (faucet and soap dispenser). Is there a matching escutcheon available to cover the 3-hole sink and provide 2 holes? Alternatively, is there a matching cap to cover the third hole?
Asked by: Draper
Mine came with a cap to cover 3 holes and the installation procedure covered this. I have a one hole sink so I used the 1 hole procedures and threw away the soap dispenser and 3 hole cap away

What is height of this item: Addison Single Handle Pull-down kitchen faucet with touch20 technology and soap dispenser

I have a low window over the sink that has new shutters to match dining and living room. From counter to shutter I only have 11" height for faucet if I want to be able to open shutters.
Asked by: Grace
Hi Grace, Thank you for your question. The model 9192T-ARSD-DST is 15-3/8" tall from deck to top of spout. Too tall for your space requirements. Thanks, Dave

If batteries go dead in faucet, will water still flow manually? i.e. does water completely stop working when batteries go? We lost water, and still had lights. We changed batteries and works again. I thought it would still run manually without batteries

Asked by: Diane
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, Diane! The faucet will flash red when turned on or off when the batteries need to be replaced. If the batteries get too low, the solenoid will not open, but the light may still come on. You can switch to manual mode before this happens by disconnecting the batteries while the water is running. You may also do a complete manual bypass by removing the solenoid assembly if needed. Best regards, Jon

Water flow from the faucet has slowed significantly. Spout is clean. Happens with both hot and cold water. Water pressure through the rest of the house is normal. Suggestion about how to fix the issue?

Asked by: Neil
Hi, Neil! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen at your solenoid assembly under the sink. To flush the lines, make sure your handle is in the 'off' position. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Try the faucet. Does it still have low flow? If so, turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. Does it have low flow or give you full force? If after all these steps you are still experiencing low flow, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is the Arctic finish a brushed look, and Brilliance a shiny look?

Preparing to purchase
Asked by: Martha
Hi Martha, Thank you for your question! The Delta Faucet Arctic Stainless Finish is replacing the Stainless Steel finish in many of our models. The Arctic Stainless finish more closely resembles the newer stainless steel appliances in the market today. It has a bluer tint as opposed to a yellow tint in the Stainless Steel finish. Both finish are comparable. I hope this information is helpful. Best regards, Brandis
