Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it I bought this in January and it worked great. However, I've had some technical issues with my faucet's touch sensor recently, but the support team is sending me a few replacement parts. I assume once that's resolved it'll be back to working great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from PROBLEMS FROM THE START - NOW ITS LEAKING!! We bought this when we first built our home, June of '13 - it has had issues from the start. If the wires touch anything it won't work, batteries need replacing and if you don't put it back just right it won't work. Its difficult to deal with being so far back under the sink! Now it's leaking - I realize it's been almost 5 years, but seriously, I'm tied of this. Hopefully, I can contact Delta (I'm sure I'm not the only one with issues) and they can/will help! Buy at your own risk!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Touch faucet Have had this faucet with soap dispenser for several years. Overall like it. However we have replaced batteries due to faint blue light and touch feature not working and new batteries didn't resolve issue. This morning while dishwasher was running there is barely any water coming out of faucet when I turn lever to on position Is there a plumber in my area trained or familiar with this faucet that you could recommend for service?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from all kinds of issues. These are the issues we have had with this faucet. Faucet on occasion will stop and not restart for anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds. Faucet occasionally will flash on and off creating a pulsating spray that would be nice in a shower- not appreciated in a kitchen sink. blue cold indicator light failed. I have crawled under the sink numerous times to verify that everything is still correct and nothing is out of place. We have periods with no issues and just when we think it's ok they start up again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the convenience We've owned this faucet for almost six years now and have become absolutely spoiled by the convenience. :-) After owning it for about two years, the "touch mechanism" began to fail and so I called Delta customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a new repair kit which I replaced myself. The most inconvenient part of that process was the necessity to work from under the sink (not the most convenient place to move around) but other than that, the kit installed easily and worked just fine. After owning the faucet for five years, the touch mechanism failed again, so I once again called customer service. I have to say this--the gentleman I dealt with could not have been more helpful. This person exuded patience and professionalism! After going through some minor troubleshooting, the problem was identified as being a faulty solenoid, and a new, (apparently upgraded) kit was sent immediately and received within a few days. The new design made it easier to install than the first and the color changing LED is a really nice touch. I'm in hopes the "upgraded" replacement will last even longer than the first, because my wife says no matter what, we'll be getting another one just like it, if & when it becomes necessary. Until that time, consider me a very satisfied customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Faucet This faucet is well worth the extra price! I especially appreciate it when I am cutting meat or have flour on my hands. I used a similiar faucet while helping a friend wash dishes and I was so impressed. When we installed a new countertop and sink it was a no-brainer to pick out this faucet for my kitchen. I am approaching my twilight years so I was so happy when the faucet turned itself off after I left it running for awhile. We have wood flooring in our kitchen that would not tolerate a good soaking with an overflowing sink. I do a happy dance whenever I look at it!

Water flow from the faucet has slowed significantly. Spout is clean. Happens with both hot and cold water. Water pressure through the rest of the house is normal. Suggestion about how to fix the issue?

Asked by: Neil
Hi, Neil! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen at your solenoid assembly under the sink. To flush the lines, make sure your handle is in the 'off' position. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Try the faucet. Does it still have low flow? If so, turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. Does it have low flow or give you full force? If after all these steps you are still experiencing low flow, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

the LED light indicating water temperature has quit working. How do I remedy this situation?

Asked by: cccg
Hi, Cccg! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

I love the faucet however the pressure seems to have lessened lately . Is there a filter that needs to be cleaned?

Asked by: jo56
Hi, Jo56! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow at your faucet. We recommend to take the sprayer assembly off of the hose and soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean and mineral deposits or debris that maybe effecting the flow. How do I turn off the Touch Feature so the sink operates by moving the lever only?

A coil in battery pack broke when I was changing the batteries so I need the sink to operate manually until the new part arrives. Is there a way to make the sink operate manually?
Asked by: MrsRomero
Thank you for your question MrsRomero. I am sorry to hear the coil broke and we would be happy to help you set this in manual mode. You would simply remove the batteries from the faucet while it is running (if applicable) or completely remove the solenoid and battery box assemblies and connect the faucet as standard pull-down faucet. Please review "Manual Bypass" section on page 40 of the below document, for diagram instructions. https://media.deltafaucet.com/QuickstartDiagram/QS-81427%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Edward

Installation on a 3-hole sink

I have a 3-hole sink and would like to install the 9192T-SD-DST (faucet and soap dispenser). Is there a matching escutcheon available to cover the 3-hole sink and provide 2 holes? Alternatively, is there a matching cap to cover the third hole?
Asked by: Draper
Mine came with a cap to cover 3 holes and the installation procedure covered this. I have a one hole sink so I used the 1 hole procedures and threw away the soap dispenser and 3 hole cap away
