It worked wonderfully for about 6 months...had been sporadically coming on or turning off for the better part of the last year...now in order to rinse anything, we'll end up turning it on...and on...and on...and on...because it randomly shuts off after a few seconds...totally done

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Touch faucet Have had this faucet with soap dispenser for several years. Overall like it. However we have replaced batteries due to faint blue light and touch feature not working and new batteries didn't resolve issue. This morning while dishwasher was running there is barely any water coming out of faucet when I turn lever to on position Is there a plumber in my area trained or familiar with this faucet that you could recommend for service?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from all kinds of issues. These are the issues we have had with this faucet. Faucet on occasion will stop and not restart for anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds. Faucet occasionally will flash on and off creating a pulsating spray that would be nice in a shower- not appreciated in a kitchen sink. blue cold indicator light failed. I have crawled under the sink numerous times to verify that everything is still correct and nothing is out of place. We have periods with no issues and just when we think it's ok they start up again.

how do i deactivate the one touch feature

To deactivate that touch feature on your Delta Addison Pull-Down Kitchen 9192T-SSSD-DST faucet, you would simply remove the batteries from the faucet while it is running (if applicable) or completely remove the solenoid and battery box assemblies and connect the faucet as standard pull-down faucet. How do you change the batteries?

Hello Julster, Thank you for your question. The batteries can be replaced by squeezing the tabs on the sides of the battery box and removing the cap. Insert the new batteries and then snap the cap back onto the box. We recommend placing the battery box on the floor of the cabinet, 2" from the sides or any metal. Best regards, Tanya

Just replaced the solenoid and battery compartment with a new one I received from Delta CS, now my LED light is blue w/ cold , pinkish when warm, and red w/ hot? It used to be steady blue until the batteries needed changing. Is this something new?

Thank you for your question,Edgar! The new solenoid and LED base offered on current Touch faucets will show a colored LED light that corresponds to the current temperature. Blue for cold, Red for hot and Magenta for a mixed position. The LED will still flash red three times to warn of low batteries. Best regards, Edward

Water flow from the faucet has slowed significantly. Spout is clean. Happens with both hot and cold water. Water pressure through the rest of the house is normal. Suggestion about how to fix the issue?

Hi, Neil! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen at your solenoid assembly under the sink. To flush the lines, make sure your handle is in the 'off' position. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Try the faucet. Does it still have low flow? If so, turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. Does it have low flow or give you full force? the LED light indicating water temperature has quit working. How do I remedy this situation?

Hi, Cccg! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. I love the faucet however the pressure seems to have lessened lately . Is there a filter that needs to be cleaned?

We recommend to take the sprayer assembly off of the hose and soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean and mineral deposits or debris that maybe effecting the flow.
