Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet Installed the Addison chrome faucet in a new kitchen and have used it 4 months. Not only is it gorgeous, sculptural really, it works wonderfully well. I absolutely adore it. The Touch2o technology is genius--very intuitive, keeps the faucet and counter cleaner and saves on water. I don't know how I ever lived without it. Mom has a Moen touchless and this is much better. I have a Delta Essex model with Touch2o in the laundry room (which isn't as smooth to operate). It arrived broken and Delta customer service was excellent, shipping a brand new unit to replace it with no charge and no hassle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Light malfunction I had this faucet since June of 2017. In January of 2018, the blue light stopped working. I assumed it was a battery issue so I purchased the optional power cord. This did not help. My wife loves the faucet but this is a problem for my kids who rely on it to not put their hands under the faucet when it is red

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Suddenly Stopped Working Loved the faucet, it's functionality, look and feel, until today when it suddenly stopped working today. I have had the faucet for 7 months and have had no issues with it all. I was using the faucet this morning with no problems and then an hour later I tried to use it via touch and it wouldn't come on. I figured it was a battery issue and replaced the battery but that was not the problem. The faucet does not work at all using touch or the handle by itself and I have no water in my kitchen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tough to Use Have had the faucet for three years now and it has been very difficult. No matter what I do, I can never find a right temperature. It’s either scalding hot or ice cold. The water will sometimes run with no one in the kitchen as if it has a mind of its own. Tonight it simply stopped running regardless of how many times it was touched. Light has not worked for weeks neither blue nor red and I installed six new AA’s. Tried the reset protocol and while the water now runs I still have no light. Seemed like a great idea three years ago bit I’ve found it frustrating and have advised shoppers in Home Depot to stay away from touchless technology. My kids say I’m a dinosaur but the two handle faucet always worked fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple installation, nice operation All in all the faucet has been very nice. Despite constantly touching it with wet hands, it does a nice job of keeping a clean look with no dried water spots. The only issue we had was that the blue LED stopped working after about 7 months. However, after a quick call, a warranty replacement for that piece was filed. It shipped quickly, and with about 20 minutes of work, it's installed and working well again.

I love the faucet however the pressure seems to have lessened lately . Is there a filter that needs to be cleaned?

Asked by: jo56
Hi, Jo56! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow at your faucet. We recommend to take the sprayer assembly off of the hose and soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean and mineral deposits or debris that maybe effecting the flow. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I turn off the Touch Feature so the sink operates by moving the lever only?

A coil in battery pack broke when I was changing the batteries so I need the sink to operate manually until the new part arrives. Is there a way to make the sink operate manually?
Asked by: MrsRomero
Thank you for your question MrsRomero. I am sorry to hear the coil broke and we would be happy to help you set this in manual mode. You would simply remove the batteries from the faucet while it is running (if applicable) or completely remove the solenoid and battery box assemblies and connect the faucet as standard pull-down faucet. Please review "Manual Bypass" section on page 40 of the below document, for diagram instructions. Best regards, Edward

Installation on a 3-hole sink

I have a 3-hole sink and would like to install the 9192T-SD-DST (faucet and soap dispenser). Is there a matching escutcheon available to cover the 3-hole sink and provide 2 holes? Alternatively, is there a matching cap to cover the third hole?
Asked by: Draper
Mine came with a cap to cover 3 holes and the installation procedure covered this. I have a one hole sink so I used the 1 hole procedures and threw away the soap dispenser and 3 hole cap away

when you push the button to get it to change to the 2.0 gpm setting. Will the valve stay at that setting until changed?

Asked by: Pat
Thanks for your question, Pat! Once the button is pressed, the wand will stay in the Multi-Flow setting until the water is turned off or switched to the spray setting. Best regards, Jon

Distance to backsplash

I see that for this faucet the minimum clearance to the backsplash is 2.5". Is this measured from the center of the faucet hole? If so I should be fine, since the center of the hole in my sink is just over 2.5" from the backsplash. Or is the 2.5" clearance measured from the back of the faucet upright? If this is the case, at what height above the top of sink is that much clearance needed? (I assume that would be the distance from the top of the sink to the top of the handle when the handle is positioned as far back as it goes.) Behind my sink I have a backsplash that rises 2.5" above the top of the sink. Above that is a section of wall that rises 4.5" above the backsplash and is recessed about 1" And above that is a window sill that protrudes 3/4" from the wall. In other words, I have greater clearance from 2.5" to 7" above the top of the sink--less clearance below and above that section.
Asked by: Stanley
Hi Stanley! Thank you for your question. The clearance to the back splash is 2.5" from the center of the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do you turn on the touch feature

We just installed the kitchen faucet, how do you turn on the touch feature.
Asked by: Wanda
Handle must be in 'on' position then just touch any metal portion of the faucet. Light at base of faucet will glow blue when on and will go out when off. Handle is just left in 'on' position.
