Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite I bought one of these a couple years ago. The finish instantly captured me so I had to buy it. After returning home, I installed it and it was very easy to install, took less than 10 minutes. Later on that day I decided to try it out and wash fruits and vegetables. It worked very well. Feels really good on my hands and arms. I definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features We have had this faucet for over a month and love it. My husband said how did we get along without it before. It looks great and is so handy. Glad we got it. The install video is really helpful, makes the install really easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faucet has worked flawlessly What more can I say. I've had this (probably an earlier version) for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. I only changed the batteries once so far. You can grab it to move the faucet and it does not turn on. It is a bit tricky to clean around it, but you can manually shut it off. Never had any leaks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Firsst one worked so Well, I’m buying another one for myt new home This faucet was installed in my previous house when this particular model of faucet had just come out (10 years a ago?). Loved everything about it! The batteries lasted about a year, and I cook ALOT everyday. The batteries were easy to change and had no issues with the box holding the batteries. I loved the strong flow of water both in the spray and regular. I also liked that I could easily control the amount of water flow, and water temperature from the handle. I also like the fact that the faucet shuts itself off after a little while to conserve water. THis feature is great if you have cats or people who don’t mind letting the water just run and run. The only negative was the blue light indicating the touch sensor feature was active went out and would only come back on for a little while right after replacing the batteries. I suspect this had to do with the amount of energy required to power the light. The absence of the light did not affect the performance of the faucet and did not bother me much. I never had issues with my faucet. I have now moved, and find cooking in my kitchen without the faucet a pain to have to mannually turn the faucet on and off, a new faucet is in my immediate future since I keep touching the faucet expecting the water to flow, but nothing comes (its manual). Please bear in mind that I cant vouch for the quality of the newer models, mine was one of the first to come out and the quality was top-notch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Enjoy Faucet We have had our faucet for about 1.5 years now, and are very happy with it. However, we just started experiencing the head of the faucet leaking. We tried replacing the batteries, but that didn't work. Any advise on that would be appreciated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the features Love the auto shut off/on, especially when I'm prepared food, so easy to turn the water on when your hands are messy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it. One problem though we can't tighten it properly to the sink.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks I agree with other reviews that the 2 clips which hold batteries doesn’t work so I have to rubberband it although I have stopped using the feature because of frustrations with having to change batteries so often. Plus after 3 years its difficult to turn off without a slow drip for awhile which is annoying. Delta sent us a new insert to fix the problem but it didn’t do anything. I would avoid this faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the Faucet But Issues after 3 years We bought this faucet when we remodeled our kitchen and think it's great. With small children, the touch feature is very nice, and the multiple pressure sprayer settings are great. We do have an issue with the inside of the faucet base starting to rust out, which was surprising. After close to 3 years of normal use, we started to see rust dust on the sprayer when we pulled it out, and now it keeps coming, but the faucet isn't leaking, so we aren't sure what is happening. We are hoping Delta Customer Service will help address the issue with the unit, but we were surprised to have issues after just barely 3 years of use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great... horrible to live with I have had this for a few years... nothing but problems. Parts are horrible quality... low grade plastic... the sensor dies after a few years and you have to figure out how to bypass the sensor to get water until the replacement part arrives. Don’t waste your money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features We just had new countertops, sink and the new Delta faucet put in. I have always wanted the faucet and decided to add it to our remodel. The light feature is great, and being able to just touch the faucet to turn it on when your hands are messy is fantastic. I know I will enjoy it more each day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta should tell customers of this problem! This is too low flow to trigger my on demand water heater!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from poorly designed battery box I've had this faucet for over a year I'm on the second set of batteries, today 8/13/2018 my wife calls me and says the faucet doesn't work. So the first thing I checked was the batteries, what I saw surprised me, the battery box had come apart. Tried installing the batteries again but those little bunny ear are not holding so now I have it tied with string to keep it in place. Outside of this problem we really like this faucet but I wouldn't go for touch technology again. This renovation we switched to all Delta fixtures kitchen and bath. Manual operation is best. I don't recommend the touch battery life is about 7 months. Oh, some times it won't shut off all the way you have to manually shut it off than it's ok.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice but flawed We bought this a few years ago. The part that connects the hose to the faucet head has rusted through now a second time. The first time delta was great and sent replacement parts. I am not sure it's worth the call this time. Do I want to keep replacing every few years??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Biggest waste of money for our kitchen remodel We are now going into our second year with our remodeled kitchen...and are looking to downgrade our faucet because of this complete piece of garbage. It worked wonderfully for about 6 months...had been sporadically coming on or turning off for the better part of the last in order to rinse anything, we'll end up turning it on...and on...and on...and on...because it randomly shuts off after a few seconds...totally done

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not An Operational Product I purchased this faucet for the "hands-free" feature. When it works as advertised it is quite good. However when it works is very intermittent. Even only working part-time it is a battery hog. This faucet is not consumer ready.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Faucet I love the touch sensor that comes with this faucet! This is an attractive and well functioning faucet. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks Nice and Works Well, with one Caveat We purchased this to replace an old faucet with very little water flow. This one provides enough water pressure to use with a garbage disposal. It is attractive and has a high wide arc to reach all three compartments of our sink, without removing the hose. The tap on/off feature is nice, and the sensor glows three different colors to reflect the water temperature. One caveat: The faucet automatically turns off after 4 minutes, so if you are used to running the faucet while doing the dishes, you may have to turn it back on a couple of times. And if you wear gloves while doing dishes, keep a bare arm handy to tap on the faucet! It doesn't respond to rubber gloves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should be better for the $$$ Styling is elegant and the features very convenient. After less than a year of service have replaced the batteries twice, the indicator light no longer works and when placed in the touch position, the faucet drips and drips and drips. For the $$$ spent it should be better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it I bought this in January and it worked great. However, I've had some technical issues with my faucet's touch sensor recently, but the support team is sending me a few replacement parts. I assume once that's resolved it'll be back to working great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from PROBLEMS FROM THE START - NOW ITS LEAKING!! We bought this when we first built our home, June of '13 - it has had issues from the start. If the wires touch anything it won't work, batteries need replacing and if you don't put it back just right it won't work. Its difficult to deal with being so far back under the sink! Now it's leaking - I realize it's been almost 5 years, but seriously, I'm tied of this. Hopefully, I can contact Delta (I'm sure I'm not the only one with issues) and they can/will help! Buy at your own risk!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Touch faucet Have had this faucet with soap dispenser for several years. Overall like it. However we have replaced batteries due to faint blue light and touch feature not working and new batteries didn't resolve issue. This morning while dishwasher was running there is barely any water coming out of faucet when I turn lever to on position Is there a plumber in my area trained or familiar with this faucet that you could recommend for service?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from all kinds of issues. These are the issues we have had with this faucet. Faucet on occasion will stop and not restart for anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds. Faucet occasionally will flash on and off creating a pulsating spray that would be nice in a shower- not appreciated in a kitchen sink. blue cold indicator light failed. I have crawled under the sink numerous times to verify that everything is still correct and nothing is out of place. We have periods with no issues and just when we think it's ok they start up again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the convenience We've owned this faucet for almost six years now and have become absolutely spoiled by the convenience. :-) After owning it for about two years, the "touch mechanism" began to fail and so I called Delta customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a new repair kit which I replaced myself. The most inconvenient part of that process was the necessity to work from under the sink (not the most convenient place to move around) but other than that, the kit installed easily and worked just fine. After owning the faucet for five years, the touch mechanism failed again, so I once again called customer service. I have to say this--the gentleman I dealt with could not have been more helpful. This person exuded patience and professionalism! After going through some minor troubleshooting, the problem was identified as being a faulty solenoid, and a new, (apparently upgraded) kit was sent immediately and received within a few days. The new design made it easier to install than the first and the color changing LED is a really nice touch. I'm in hopes the "upgraded" replacement will last even longer than the first, because my wife says no matter what, we'll be getting another one just like it, if & when it becomes necessary. Until that time, consider me a very satisfied customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet Installed the Addison chrome faucet in a new kitchen and have used it 4 months. Not only is it gorgeous, sculptural really, it works wonderfully well. I absolutely adore it. The Touch2o technology is genius--very intuitive, keeps the faucet and counter cleaner and saves on water. I don't know how I ever lived without it. Mom has a Moen touchless and this is much better. I have a Delta Essex model with Touch2o in the laundry room (which isn't as smooth to operate). It arrived broken and Delta customer service was excellent, shipping a brand new unit to replace it with no charge and no hassle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Light malfunction I had this faucet since June of 2017. In January of 2018, the blue light stopped working. I assumed it was a battery issue so I purchased the optional power cord. This did not help. My wife loves the faucet but this is a problem for my kids who rely on it to not put their hands under the faucet when it is red

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Suddenly Stopped Working Loved the faucet, it's functionality, look and feel, until today when it suddenly stopped working today. I have had the faucet for 7 months and have had no issues with it all. I was using the faucet this morning with no problems and then an hour later I tried to use it via touch and it wouldn't come on. I figured it was a battery issue and replaced the battery but that was not the problem. The faucet does not work at all using touch or the handle by itself and I have no water in my kitchen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tough to Use Have had the faucet for three years now and it has been very difficult. No matter what I do, I can never find a right temperature. It’s either scalding hot or ice cold. The water will sometimes run with no one in the kitchen as if it has a mind of its own. Tonight it simply stopped running regardless of how many times it was touched. Light has not worked for weeks neither blue nor red and I installed six new AA’s. Tried the reset protocol and while the water now runs I still have no light. Seemed like a great idea three years ago bit I’ve found it frustrating and have advised shoppers in Home Depot to stay away from touchless technology. My kids say I’m a dinosaur but the two handle faucet always worked fine.

Is the Arctic finish a brushed look, and Brilliance a shiny look?

Preparing to purchase
Asked by: Martha
Hi Martha, Thank you for your question! The Delta Faucet Arctic Stainless Finish is replacing the Stainless Steel finish in many of our models. The Arctic Stainless finish more closely resembles the newer stainless steel appliances in the market today. It has a bluer tint as opposed to a yellow tint in the Stainless Steel finish. Both finish are comparable. I hope this information is helpful. Best regards, Brandis

How do you turn on the touch feature

We just installed the kitchen faucet, how do you turn on the touch feature.
Asked by: Wanda
Handle must be in 'on' position then just touch any metal portion of the faucet. Light at base of faucet will glow blue when on and will go out when off. Handle is just left in 'on' position.

Looking for what size hole to drill into my new granite countertop for a single hole mounting. THanks

It's a standard size. I replaced my old faucet with this one and have granite too. I think the standard size is 3/8 or 1/2 inch.

Just replaced the solenoid and battery compartment with a new one I received from Delta CS, now my LED light is blue w/ cold , pinkish when warm, and red w/ hot? It used to be steady blue until the batteries needed changing. Is this something new?

Asked by: Edgar
Thank you for your question,Edgar! The new solenoid and LED base offered on current Touch faucets will show a colored LED light that corresponds to the current temperature. Blue for cold, Red for hot and Magenta for a mixed position. The LED will still flash red three times to warn of low batteries. Best regards, Edward

I have a strange 2 hole configuration (1 for spout, 1 for handle), and so the escutcheon does not fit.  Do you have a flat deck plate that has only the center hole and does not have the 2 threaded mounting pipes?

Asked by: jwfaucetowner
Hi, jwfaucetowner! Thank you for your question. We do not have an escutcheon plate without the two threaded mounting pipes for the Delta 9192T-SSSD-DST faucet. We recommend installing this as a single hole installation with the soap dispenser in the second hole. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best Regards, Rosanna
