After returning home, I installed it and it was very easy to install, took less than 10 minutes. Later on that day I decided to try it out and wash fruits and vegetables. It worked very well. Feels really good on my hands and arms. I definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faucet has worked flawlessly What more can I say. I've had this (probably an earlier version) for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. I only changed the batteries once so far. You can grab it to move the faucet and it does not turn on. It is a bit tricky to clean around it, but you can manually shut it off. Never had any leaks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Firsst one worked so Well, I’m buying another one for myt new home This faucet was installed in my previous house when this particular model of faucet had just come out (10 years a ago?). Loved everything about it! The batteries lasted about a year, and I cook ALOT everyday. The batteries were easy to change and had no issues with the box holding the batteries. I loved the strong flow of water both in the spray and regular. I also liked that I could easily control the amount of water flow, and water temperature from the handle. I also like the fact that the faucet shuts itself off after a little while to conserve water. THis feature is great if you have cats or people who don’t mind letting the water just run and run. The only negative was the blue light indicating the touch sensor feature was active went out and would only come back on for a little while right after replacing the batteries. I suspect this had to do with the amount of energy required to power the light. The absence of the light did not affect the performance of the faucet and did not bother me much. I never had issues with my faucet. I have now moved, and find cooking in my kitchen without the faucet a pain to have to mannually turn the faucet on and off, a new faucet is in my immediate future since I keep touching the faucet expecting the water to flow, but nothing comes (its manual). Please bear in mind that I cant vouch for the quality of the newer models, mine was one of the first to come out and the quality was top-notch.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks I agree with other reviews that the 2 clips which hold batteries doesn’t work so I have to rubberband it although I have stopped using the feature because of frustrations with having to change batteries so often. Plus after 3 years its difficult to turn off without a slow drip for awhile which is annoying. Delta sent us a new insert to fix the problem but it didn’t do anything. I would avoid this faucet.

Water flow from the faucet has slowed significantly. Spout is clean. Happens with both hot and cold water. Water pressure through the rest of the house is normal. Suggestion about how to fix the issue?

Hi, Neil! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen at your solenoid assembly under the sink. To flush the lines, make sure your handle is in the 'off' position. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Try the faucet. Does it still have low flow? If so, turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. Does it have low flow or give you full force? Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9192T-SD-DST has a mixing valve inside to mix the hot water and the cold water. It is for use with hot and cold water.

Auto shutoff

Is it normal for the faucet to shut off automatically? Gets annoying when I have lots of dishes to do

Hi LL, I apologize that you are having problems with your Delta faucet. A safety feature of the 9192T-SD-DST would be the automatic shut off after four minutes of non touch from the faucet. There is not a way to turn this feature off. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I love the faucet however the pressure seems to have lessened lately . Is there a filter that needs to be cleaned?

Hi, Jo56! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow at your faucet. We recommend to take the sprayer assembly off of the hose and soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean and mineral deposits or debris that maybe effecting the flow. Space needed

How far does the hole need to be from the backsplash for clearance of the swivel lever? You stated 2 1/2 inches from the faucet. Did you mean the hole? Do you have any single hole pull down arc faucets that would fit into less than 2 1/2" away from the backsplash?

Thank you for your question. It is recommended for all our of our faucets that the minimum space to the backsplash be 2 1/2". However, sometimes this is not possible. This is measured from the center of the spout to the backsplash. If you do not have this much space, your handle may not properly work.

The hot water on my addision single handle faucet is not working properly. when i turn on the hot water it just trickles out of the faucet. Help!

Hi Kim, With the low flow being only on the hot side, it is possible that the problem is at the water shut off. Please check the pressure at the supply. If that is not the issue, low flow on a touch faucet can be troubleshot as follows: First, please check the wand for debris or buildup. If there is debris or buildup present, clean the wand with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar. If no debris is present in the wand, run the faucet without the wand, if the flow issue is resolved, you may need a new solenoid. If the low flow is not corrected, please remove the hose and run the faucet with the hose removed. If the low flow is corrected, you may need a new hose. If the low flow still exists, please remove the solenoid and inspect the debris screen. If debris is present, clean the screen with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar. If there is no debris, run the faucet with the solenoid removed. If the low flow is resolved with the solenoid removed, you may need a new solenoid. If not, you may need to backflush the supplies.

the LED light indicating water temperature has quit working. How do I remedy this situation?

Hi, Cccg! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST.
