Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice kitchen faucet! AND Delta BACKS THEM UP! Bought this faucet 18 months ago. Works great, recently I noticed in order to get it to shut off 100%, I had to keep moving the center handle to EXACTLY the middle to have it not drip? I called Delta to ask them for a possible fix. The customer service rep. knew exactly what I was referring to, got the part, and is sending it today, at NO CHARGE! That is good old fashioned customer service! Thanks Delta!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks good, works good! I received and installed this faucet two weeks ago. It was a warranty replacement for the same faucet I installed 9 years ago and loved. Delta has improved the wand supply hose material and weight and it works much smoother than the previous unit did, very happy with that. My only complaint is that the magnetic wand retainer popped out of the spout this week and I cannot get it to stay in. Delta is shipping me a replacement which hopefully will cure that issue and I hope to get another 9+ years out of this faucet!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good compact design, just wish it lasted longer. We have had this faucet for 5 years and it went out on us. It just started leaking all over the place. The great thing is Delta stands by their product and sent us a replacement faucet. There was no issue and they were awesome to work with. We hope to get longer use out of this one but, we know Delta will be there for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product I have Delta faucets on every opportunity in my home. They are attractive, functional, and need very few repairs. Recently, I had a leak start in one and contacted Delta to get the part number I would need to get the repair kit for it. They did better than that. They sent the part to me at no charge. Thanks Delta

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The pull down spout/sprayer is chrome-painted plastic... I purchased this faucet in bronze a few years ago and the entire faucet and pull down spout/sprayer was metal. Recently I moved into a new house and purchased this faucet in Chrome. However, I was extremely disappointed the pull down spout/sprayer is made of a chrome-painted plastic that feels extremely cheap and not of high quality. I will return this faucet in chrome as I can't imagine the cheap plastic spout/sprayer being durable with my family. So very disappointed...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No regrets Great faucet. Love the separate handle for water temp and flow. The pull-down spout head is exactly the way we like. Has the selection for stream or spray. It returns every time to the spout. During my research for a kitchen faucet I found much discussion as to a pull-down or pull-out. Generally, pull-out seems to be more for filling monster posts ... which will never happen at my house. Generally, pull-down is great for rinsing the sink. Even it will reach out of the sink to fill a shallow pan that needs soap-soaking. Besides, the pull-down is much smaller item so it is easier to manage. Some have asked if the spray or stream selection will revert to the previous selection. It does not. Selected to stream will stay on stream. Selected to spray will stay on spray. I got the brushed nickel finish. Only have had it for 9 months so I can't speak for the future of the finish or durability. Again......NO REGRETS.

I HAVE 16995-DST KITCHEN FACET AND HAVE TROUBLE TO STOP RUNNING WATER IN ANY POSITION. AFTER TRYING FEW TIME TURNING OFF IT STOPS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND WHAT SHOULD I DO. IT WAS WORKING GOOD FEW MONTHS.IT JUST STARTED GIVING TROUBLE.

Asked by: VINY
Hi, VINY! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna

We currently have an Addison model with soap dispenser installed. It has been extremely troublesome. We were wondering if the separate water flow handle fits into the soap dispenser hole? Is there a way to verify that before buying?

Asked by: JamesGerard
Hi, JamesGerard! Thank you for your question. The hole size for the handle on the 955-SS-DST can be between 1 5/16" to 1 1/2" (33 mm to 38 mm). The hole size for the soap dispenser should be 1 3/8" (35 mm). The handle will work in the soap dispenser hole if this was at 1 3/8". Here are links to both technical specifications sheets for both units: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-955-DST%20Rev%20D.pdf https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-9192T-SD-DST%20Rev%20E.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I adjust the water mixture so the water is hotter?

Asked by: Dave
Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. The water is hottest when it is in the left-most position. The cartridge has a Handle Limit Stop which controls how far the handle will move to the hot side. You can get to the HLS setting by loosening the set screw and removing the handle. Flipping the red switch to the left will allow full movement of the handle. Best regards, Jon

I have a Delta 955-DST and the handle apparatus (the valve sleeve assembly) at the base is loose.

We do not have the lavatory wrench. Is this necessary to tighten the assembly so it does not move & scratch my stainless steel sink?
Asked by: Carol
Hi Carol, Thank you for your question. The sleeve assembly on the model 955-DST is only to be screwed on hand tight, you will not need a wrench. Simply screw the trim sleeve on in a clockwise direction, hand tight. Thanks, Dave

What is the difference between the 16955-SSSD-DST and the 955-DST

I see the different color options for the finish. Are there any functional differences other than the soap dispenser?
Asked by: Jon
Hi Jon, Thank you for your question. The difference between the model 955-DST and 16955-SSSD-DST is that there is a slight difference in the hub (part under the spout) and that the 16955-SSSD-DST comes with a soap dispenser. The rest of the parts for the 2 models are the same. Thanks, Dave
