Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked great until water pressure is low We have this product since 2012 and worked great without any concerns. We loved this product until yesterday when the water pressure just dropped and it would only trickle. I googled and did everything suggested on some of the videos. Figured out that this is likely problem with solenoid. Very hard to find any solution, very frustrated as the water pressure is essentially non-existent. Just hate this product now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great at first, but did not last as expected We installed this product roughly 4 years ago. We absolutely love the touch technology and have not had issues; however, while I was away for work, my wife called and said she suddenly only had a trickle of pressure. On my return, I isolated the issue to the black electric solenoid box. I verified this by removing the box from the line and seeing water pressure as normal. I went through all of the trouble shooting as directed. Everything from cleaning the screen to resetting the solenoid. It sounds like the solenoid is not fully engaging and is only allowing low flow of water past the diaphragm. For the amount spent on this faucet and it being a delta product, I expected it to last more than it did.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked great until it didn't Purchased and installed in summer of 2012. Worked fine until late 2015. Loud water hammer noise with no water coming out. Noise has lessened over time, but it often doesn't turn on or off even though the blue light goes on and off. Some times the water dribbles out when it is off. Need to manually shut off water at the handle to assure its not going to start dribbling on its own.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Touch feature worked fine for just 4 years The touch feature worked only for 4 years. It now doesn't turn on the faucet with just one touch. 2-3 touches are needed for turning the faucet on or off. The blue light does light up. Very disappointed.

How do you go from hot to cold and back?

Asked by: Luddite
Hi Luddite, Thank you for your question! The handle moves in a triangular pattern. The moving the handle back turns the water on, and moving it left or right controls the temperature. We recommend to leave the handle in the on position, which allows you to turn the faucet on and off by touch. Best regards, Jon

What is the function of the set screw - RP60146A. Our faucet does not stay in position

If we swivel the faucet to the left sink, it is so loose that it will move itself over to the right. Is there a way to adjust this? Is the set screw supposed to tighten the faucet or just prevent it from being pulled upward? We have attempted to tighten the screw but that doesn't seem to affect anything.
Asked by: JAR
Hi, JAR! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your faucet. The swivel on the spout is normal and should be placed to the part of the sink that you want by moving the spout to where you want it and holding the spout at the point you want it at until it stops moving. If you're still having issues, please contact us by calling our customer service line at 1(800)345-3358. Best Regards, Rosanna

When does the blue light go on, and what does it mean

Asked by: Treadsy
The light at the base changes from blue to red - and somewhat purple to describe the temperature of the water. So, if you have the facet on in the middle - and touch on/off - it shows a purple color...whereas if it were hot - it'd be red.

How awkward is it to replace the batteries, and about how often?

Asked by: Bill
I don't know because we have had it a year and still haven't replaced the batteries. However, our battery set up is right on our cabinet wall, so I could just reach in and replace them I think.

Maximum allowable distance between holes

I have two holes in my granite counter top. They are 9.5" apart on center. Is this too far apart for Pilar pull-down kitchen faucet?
Asked by: T
Hi T, Thank you for your question. The holes can be a maximum of 16" apart on the model 980T-AR-DST. The faucet will work with your 9-1/2" center holes. Thanks, Dave
