Rated 1 out of 5 by from Still leaks after replacing parts teice I have had to replace the solenoid twice due to touch feature not working and also replace the cartridge in the handle that adjusts temperature. It has now leaked to the point of causing water damage. I’m furious that a product that cost so much is of such poor quality. I know have to not only buy a new faucet and pay for a plumber again I also have to pay for replacing drywall. Absolutely terrible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faucet handle and Touch Technology This product came along with our new home in 2016. It was working fine, but kept on draining batteries quite often. When read other comments on the web indicated that, it is not common. However we adjusted thinking that it is just the batteries, later in mid 2017, we started noticing that the handle is not freely moving to control the water flow. We again compromised the fact thinking that we still can manage with the touch-less system. By end of 2017 touch-less started signs of loosing the feature and now we are stuck with the rough handle. Touch-less is completely not working and the handle does not control the flow of water in most of the directions. It does only work in one side. Very unhappy of the product. The excitement was lost. I would appreciate if there is any help on the same. Thanks

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked great until water pressure is low We have this product since 2012 and worked great without any concerns. We loved this product until yesterday when the water pressure just dropped and it would only trickle. I googled and did everything suggested on some of the videos. Figured out that this is likely problem with solenoid. Very hard to find any solution, very frustrated as the water pressure is essentially non-existent. Just hate this product now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great at first, but did not last as expected We installed this product roughly 4 years ago. We absolutely love the touch technology and have not had issues; however, while I was away for work, my wife called and said she suddenly only had a trickle of pressure. On my return, I isolated the issue to the black electric solenoid box. I verified this by removing the box from the line and seeing water pressure as normal. I went through all of the trouble shooting as directed. Everything from cleaning the screen to resetting the solenoid. It sounds like the solenoid is not fully engaging and is only allowing low flow of water past the diaphragm. For the amount spent on this faucet and it being a delta product, I expected it to last more than it did.

Why is this faucet discontinued?  Do you make a touch faucet in a bridge style?

Asked by: MaryAnn
Thank you for your inquiry, MaryAnn! Delta no longer manufacture any Touch2O Technology Kitchen faucets with separate handle and spout mountings. There is no longer a great/high demand for the Delta Pillar Pull-Down Kitchen 980T-RB-DST faucet model. Best regards, Tanya

Asked by: Vicki
Morning. I tried to access the page by clicking on the link as provided above and it is not directing me to the document, rather to the following address: https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts#flashWrapper. Is there another option? Appreciate the feedback.

How do you go from hot to cold and back?

Asked by: Luddite
Hi Luddite, Thank you for your question! The handle moves in a triangular pattern. The moving the handle back turns the water on, and moving it left or right controls the temperature. We recommend to leave the handle in the on position, which allows you to turn the faucet on and off by touch. Best regards, Jon

What is the function of the set screw - RP60146A. Our faucet does not stay in position

If we swivel the faucet to the left sink, it is so loose that it will move itself over to the right. Is there a way to adjust this? Is the set screw supposed to tighten the faucet or just prevent it from being pulled upward? We have attempted to tighten the screw but that doesn't seem to affect anything.
Asked by: JAR
Hi, JAR! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your faucet. The swivel on the spout is normal and should be placed to the part of the sink that you want by moving the spout to where you want it and holding the spout at the point you want it at until it stops moving. If you're still having issues, please contact us by calling our customer service line at 1(800)345-3358. Best Regards, Rosanna

When does the blue light go on, and what does it mean

Asked by: Treadsy
The light at the base changes from blue to red - and somewhat purple to describe the temperature of the water. So, if you have the facet on in the middle - and touch on/off - it shows a purple color...whereas if it were hot - it'd be red.
