Rated 5 out of 5 by from A masterpiece This is worth every penny. It looks great in our new kitchen. I love that Delta stands behind their products. I love being able to buy from build.com. I can look at multiple items and then review them from other reviewers experiences rather than just take the word of a sales associate at a store. Shopping online here gives me the time to think about and mull over my decision to purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cassidy Facuet I bought this faucet about a month ago with reservations due to pricing, when I got it installed I called the Plummer back because the neck turns 360 degree. After that I love the features especially the one that control the bubbles. I bought the oil rubbed bronze and it's pop for my new sink and kitchen make over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great/ easy to repair I bought this faucet for my kitchen remodel. It gets a lot of use and after a period of time had an issue with pressure fluctuations. Called Delta and the replacement cartridge was on its way next day. Easiest repair I have ever had on a faucet. Love it...

Do you carry a matching bar sink & drain(Venetian bronze) for this faucet? Thanks Christine

Asked by: Christine
Thank you for your question, Christine! Unfortunately we do not offer sinks nor do we manufacture a kitchen flange/strainer in the Venetian Bronze finish. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best regards, Edward

Can the lever be placed in the front?

Asked by: spoobs
Hi Spoobs, Thank you for your question. The spout on the model 9997-RB-DST travels a full 360 degrees. The faucet can be installed with the lever on the front. The motion of the handle will be to pull it forward to control flow and move to the left to control temperature. Thanks, Dave

Can we connect our reverse osmosis cold water line directly to the faucet? If not, do you have a comparable spout for RO? We are building and purchased this faucet and thought the dealer indicated we could do this. Thank you

Asked by: MJChris
Hi, MJChris! Thank you for your question. The 9997-RB-DST is not intended to have a reverse osmosis units installed on the unit. Our beverage faucets can be installed with RO units. Here is a link to our beverage faucets: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/specialty-faucets/beverage Best Regards, Rosanna

How far does the hose extend past the end of the spout on the Cassidy 9997-DST? Secondly is there a way to keep the spout from turning a full 360 degree?

Asked by: RonM
Thank you for your question, RonM! Model 9997-DST will include a 62" long hose that will have approximately 18"-22" of available hose length depending on the installation. Unfortunately there is not a way to inhibit the spout rotation. Best regards, Edward

Should the handle rotate forward for hot & backward for cold? We just had 3 units installed & 2 of them ( Cassidy) forward is hot & back is cold. On the Leland the red dot is on the "back" side of the handle and rotating forward is cold.

Asked by: tico
Hi, tico! Thank you for your question. The Delta 9997-DST faucet handle pulls out, away from the spout body for on and cold water. Pull the handle forward for hot water. Best Regards, Rosanna

I noticed most of your faucets have pex hoses. Do they have fittings that connect to standard water supply valves?

Asked by: RonM
Thank you for your question, RonM! Our DST models use the PEX 32" (minimum) Innoflex® supply lines with 3/8" compression fittings. The Delta RP63262 adapters are the only supply adapters that we make and convert 3/8"-24 UNEF to 1/2"-20 UN or 3/8"-24 UNEF to 1/2"-14 NPSM. If you have another thread size, please check for an adapter at a local plumbing or hardware store. Alternatively, models with the suffix "LF" will connect directly to most supply shut off connections. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP63263 Best regards, Edward

Please define what these measurements mean: 14 1/2" spout height; 6 3/8 spout length; 9 5/32 deck to outlet and 2.5 deck thickness

Asked by: Rhonda
Thank you for your question, Rhonda! The spout height designates the highest point of the faucet spout from the base whereas the spout length will show how far the spout extends outward, measured from the center of the faucet base or hub to where the water will exit the spout aerator. A "deck" to "outlet" measurement would show the height from the countertop (Deck) to the faucet aerator (outlet) and the deck thickness is the recommended maximum deck or counter thickness allowed for proper installation. Water pressure low on faucet. High rise pull down.

Asked by: jerry 47
Thank you for your question, jerry 47! Model 9997-DST is a bar/prep faucet that should produce 1.80 gpm @ 60 psi. If you are not getting this flow rate, we would recommend removing the wand and pointing the hose directly into the sink. Turn the handle to the full, mixed position for a full minute or more. If the flow rate still seems diminished, please feel free to contact us directly for further assistance. Best regards, Edward
