Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 10 year experience - Delta gets and A++++ I first purchased this faucet in 2008. The single handle, separate sprayer, brushed stainless steel finish, diamond seal technology valve, the lifetime warranty for the original owner, and the Delta name were the factors that led me to purchase this faucet. I installed it myself with no issues, and I am a retired engineer who appreciates quality design. After 10 years of ownership, I AM NOT DISSAPPOINTED. The finish still looks great and the faucet works like new. See the picture attached. I have had it start dripping twice in the 10 years and called Delta, who readily and happily sent me a new cartridge which restored it to new like condition. Replacing a cartridge is a 5 to 10 minute job. The last time I called Delta, Keith said Delta would send me a new bonnet nut in addition to the cartridge, no charge, just to be sure it does not start leaking at the base. My wife has been very happy with this faucet as well. How many reviews do you see for 10 year ownership? Not many I bet. I strongly recommend Delta faucets, especially with the diamond seal technology. I have no relationship with Delta and was not paid for this review. I hope this review helps you make your purchasing decision.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Swing spout cylinder shifts on faucet base when spout is moved I bought this faucet at a Menards store and installed it myself. A very easy install job, and I am impressed with the way the inlet tubes swivel as it makes the water supply connection easy. The spray hose “snap-fit” is also a nice feature, although the hose material could have been less stiff. The negative part of my review relates to the fit of the swing spout cylinder to the stationary, threaded cylinder that holds the O-rings and the slip ring. There is too much clearance between the two cylinders. The result is that the whole swing spout shifts left or right, to the front or to the rear when the swing spout is moved. You can see the cylinder of the swing spout shifting. This detracts from the smooth motion of the spout and makes a slight knocking sound. Maybe a thicker pair of O-rings for the stationary threaded cylinder would solve the problem. Or perhaps Delta has caught a design clearance issue and has changed some cylinder dimensions to correct the problem. I have already installed the new diverter, slip ring and O-rings of the RP44124 kit that Delta sent me some months ago, but the sizes of the items are no different than the originals, and the poor fit ciontinues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta Kitchen Faucet B4410LF The faucet developed a pin hole. Which I don't believe is normally something that should happen on a well made product. Plus it was always hard to turn from side to side. Was very disappointed. Only had it 2-2.5 years.

Since the copper supply lines spin, I am having trouble tightening the bolt to the supply line. What can I do?

Asked by: Jay
A picture would be helpful, but I will try to answer your question based on what I think you are trying to do. Twisting/spinning the copper supply lines is going to result in damage to your pipes and a leak. You need two crescent, or two open end wrenches, one to hold the copper pipe from twisting, and a second to tighten the supply line hose. Don't make it too tight or too loose. I would guess about 10 foot lbs. I would use some teflon tape or Rectorseal Tplus2 on the threaded connections to ensure a watertight fit, which you can get at your local hardware store.

on delta diamond kitchen fauset (single handel w/sprayer) the sprayer starts then machine guns and quits why?

Asked by: Dave
Hi, Dave! Thank you for your question. The diverter assembly may need to be replaced. The diverter is RP44124. Here is a link to the part on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP44124 You can also try flushing the valve without the diverter and aerator installed. To do this, turn the water off at the shut off valve. Remove handle to get to the diverter and remove. Keep rest of the parts installed. Reinstall the cap and handle. Remove the aerator. Turn the water on at the shut off valve. Flush the water without the aerator and diverter installed for 30-45 seconds. Turn water off at faucet and and shut off valve. Reinstall diverter and aerator. If this does not fix the issue, do replace the diverter assembly. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the length of the side sprayer's hose be extended?

I have installed this faucet and am satisfied with its performance and appearance; however, I find the side sprayer hose to be a bit too short. Does Delta sell a longer replacement hose for this faucet, or an extension hose of any sort that has the applicable fittings? Thank you in advance.
Asked by: jfxamilton
It came pretty long and already. If you have the tools and the know how I'm sure it can be done

is there a delta adapter to accomodate whirlpool portable dishwasher?

I have a W10254672 Whirlpool Washer Adapter but it will not work, as it is too short for coupling.
Asked by: Russell
Dear Russell, Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem attaching your portable dishwasher to your Delta faucet. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture an adapter that would assist you in attaching your portable dishwasher to your Delta faucet. I am also unable to tell you who may manufacture the adapters. Is a Stainless Steel replacement handle available?

I have a B4410LF-SS Kitchen Faucet. I need to replace the handle but the only replacement part I can find (RP44476) appears to only available in Chrome finish. Can I get RP44476 in Stainless Steel finish?
Asked by: PaulaG
Hi PaulaG, Thank you for your question! The RP44476 handle is no longer available to order in the Stainless Steel finish. However, RP28898SS is a very similar handle that will work with your faucet. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp28898ss.html Best regards, Jon
