Rated 1 out of 5 by from soap dispenser installation defect - rp37039rb need extension can not install dispenser, is there an extension available? I purchased this unit to fit my granite countertop and it does not have the reach to let the nut engage the threads. The threaded shaft is too short.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully designed soap/lotion dispenser Absolutely beautiful. All Chrome heavyweight sturdy. The top where you press jiggles a little bit but you get used to it and it's no big deal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hummmm Three issues: 1) it does't clear the countertop sufficiently - dripping down onto the face of the granite's edge. 2) because of its curve, it drips soap after you walk away from it, leaving a soap mess. 3) the routine measurements for cutting holes for faucets, etc. are set such that they are too close when used with an automatic faucet - every time you use your soap dispenser you can't help but activate the automatic faucet to turn on - drenching your arm/shirt sleeve.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful soap dipenser. I had this model since 2001, Purchased another for a new house and ran into problem. The problem is the threads on the body are not threaded long enough for the nut to meet it on a 1 1/4” quartz countertop. Please can you help with my problem? For those of you that have leaks, I did find if I over filled my old one, and then inserted the pump, making it fuller still that caused drips because the soap had no where else to go but out the spout. I received many compliments on my old one, and hope you can help. The plumber was here this morning and he said usually the threaded body was longer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lotion/soap dispenser I bought this along with a new prep sink faucet and kitchen faucet to replace my leaking no name one. I had a plumber came out to install this and the tube was too short. I called Delta and they are sending me an extension kit, bit I had to pay a plumber to come back out a second time. Need to redesign the product and add 1/2 an inch to the shaft. I have a standard granite counter, that is typical these days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is great but with one or two exceptions. We like everything about this pump with one exception - the spout is too short. Ours is mounted in a granite counter. The holes for the other fixtures dictated the location for the pump. The pump spout does not quite clear the edge of the sink so we have a blue streak over the edge of the counter and down into the sink (it also leaks a bit).

I had this soap dispenser installed when we remodeled our kitchen several years ago. The straw/pump broke. Where can I find a replacement pump that fits securely inside the decorative soap dispenser handle? Got a Delta one via Hme Depot that did not.

noticed others state spout too short as is mine. wished I looked into sooner as just complained to myself and others.  is there a replacement with longer spout that will fit bottle underneath without replacing whole thing.  builder put in.

Asked by: ptsf
Hello Ptsf, Thank you for your question. The Victorian Soap/Lotion Dispenser RP37039RB does not have a longer head assembly made for it. However, you can replace the full dispenser with one of the longer armed dispensers such as RP1001 or RP1002 are a couple. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/accessories/soap-dispensers?searchFilter=true Best regards, Tanya

I have this soap dispenser in SS.  It has stopped working.   There is plenty of soap in the bottle but when the pump is depressed nothing comes out. I have tried soaking it in warm water to clear out any clogs but still it does not work. Any suggestions?

Asked by: Jill
Hi, Jill! Thank you for your question. We recommend to replace the pump assembly for the soap dispenser. The pump part number is RP21908. Here is a link to the part: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/RP21908 Best Regards, Rosanna

I have this and recently installed it on thick granite countertop. Delta sent me a new nut to use with the thick countertop and held it great. But the pump now doesnt seem to have enough clearance to push down. Is there something else causing this

Asked by: Oskar
Hello Oskar, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Victorian® Soap / Lotion Dispenser. I am sorry to hear that the dispenser does not have enough clearance to push down fully after installing the nut and for any inconvenience this has caused. I will be happy to assist you with this today. It could be possible that the counter top is too thick for this model. Could you take a measurement of how thick your counter is and respond back to the email I sent to you regarding this matter? We will be happy to investigate this issue with you further to attempt to reach a solution. Thank you, Brandy Delta Faucet Company Customer Service

Is the RP37093 soap dispenser available in AR?

The 2017 catalog notes that the RP37039 is available in chrome, AR, RB and SS, however, it's not shown in AR on your website. Please advise.
Asked by: Leah
Dear Leah, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the Delta Soap / Lotion Dispenser RP37039 is only made in Chrome, Venetian Bronze (RB) and Stainless (SS). It is not made in the Arctic Stainless (AR) finish, the Stainless (SS) would be the closest matching finish. Best regards, Tanya

drips soap and hart to pump is it under Warranty

The dispenser drips soap. I have pumped water through until it is clear of soap and refilled with Dawn dish soap. By the next morning there is about 5 to 10 cc's of soap in the sink. The pump is hard to press and takes several times to get enough out to wash dishes with. Is this under Warranty or do I have to purchase a new Pump (RP21908) and pay shipping for around $ 12.00. I purchased this item in March of 2015 and feel it should not have already failed

Can I get replacement parts for this soap dispenser? Mine stopped functioning.

A couple of the parts inside the dispenser broke, and I need to replace them. There's no way I'm spending $100 to replace the entire thing. Can't I just buy the extra parts?
