Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase !! I recently bought a new bathroom sink and wanted a new tap with the upgrade. I bought this tap mainly because of the appearance and price. The brand itself was a good bonus for me as I'm very familiar with the brand as being quite good. After an easy install it was time to use it. Wow I can't say what a drastic improvement from my last one. The water pressure and stream was so much nicer and the look made everything complete. I for sure have to recommend this as it works as good as it looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The "o" rings squeak I took the handles off and lubricated the stem and O rings with plumber's lube (silicone). One is quiet but mine squeaks again. Hot side only The plastic valving looks really cheap for a faucet that lists for $220!!

25962LF issues

I am getting frustrated by replacing seats and springs for this faucet. It will last for a day or 2 then the drip starts again. Sometimes the faucet still runs when closed although when I inch it forward, it appears to shut off. I am looking to see if replacing the stems will help. Can you confirm this? Is the stem part #RP20496? Reading online comments point to the seats and springs but, as I stated above, this only solves the issue temporarily. I have only had the faucet for 2 years and it worked perfectly for a year and a half. I have replaced the seats and springs at least 6 times. Please assist. Thanks, Dave
Asked by: Finlie
Hi, Dave. Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a supplier code on the back of the faucet that will tell which replacement stem unit assemblies you would need. If your supplier code is 413763, you will need RP64760. If your supplier code is 449918, you will need RP24096 and RP4993 seal kit. Here is a parts diagram to show you where the supplier code is on the faucet: https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-25962LF.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

on my Mandara 25962LF-SS what holds the handle on?

Asked by: Buck
Hi Buck, Thank you for your question. There is a set screw underneath the lever portion of the handle that when loosened will allow you to remove the handle. I have attached a link to the owners manual for your model 25962LF-SS below to show you the parts breakdown. Thanks, Dave http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/25962lf-ss.html?document=mi&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper

Delta Mandara 25962LF-SS - why handles backwards?

Had someone install this for me. Faucets turn on by pushing back instead of pulling forward. Is that correct or are they on backwards?
Asked by: Ellen
They should swing toward you. one quarter turn is full on.
