Rated 5 out of 5 by from No batteries to replace I opted to purchase this AC adapter for our new faucet as I didn't feel like removing under the sink to replace batteries. This works great & was installed in 1min. It took longer to find a multi plug adapter. If you have only 1 outlet under the sink and have a dishwasher & garbage disposal plugged in, do yourself a favor in advance. Purchase a $6 GE 6-Outlet Tap, Grounded from Amazon/Lowes/Home Depot/Ace etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked Perfectly So my contractor never plugged in the adapter. Luckily, I decided to do major cleaning in my kitchen and found it. The batteries literally just died. After using a flashlight, I found the box and plugged in the adapter. It worked immediately and no need to keep batteries in the other attachment. Super happy this worked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have! I chose to purchase the power supply in addition to the batteries to operate my Delta touchless faucet because I didn't want to worry about the batteries running low and affecting the operation of the faucet. Super easy to install!

We just installed the EP73954 AC adapter and our faucet still does not work unless we have the battery pack installed also. The faucet must still be operating off the battery pack. We are about to return the faucet.  Solutions?

Asked by: Peggy
Hello Peggy, Thank you for your inquiry! We recommend to keep the battery pack plugged in while the A/C Adapter is in use, as a back up. The battery pack does not have to be installed when using the AC adapter. However, it is recommended to keep it plugged up in the case, there is not enough power it will not work. Best regards, Tanya

Hi, how do I remove the battery pack and install this plug?

Asked by: Tricky
Hi, Tricky! Thank you for your question. We recommend to keep the battery pack plugged in while the A/C Adapter is in use, as a back up. If you do not want to have the battery pack plugged in at all while using the AC Adapter, simply remove the top 'lid' off of the battery pack to remove entirely. Best Regards, Rosanna

I purchased a Touch2o model # 9159T-DST several years ago. Will this power supply work for my faucet? If not what power supply should I get?

I want to add an AC power supply to my faucet but I don't know if my faucet has a Gen 3 solenoid or not. Please help.
Asked by: Bill
Hi, Bill! Thank you for your question. To find if you have a Gen 3 solenoid is to look at the sticker on the solenoid. If this starts with "X000", you have the Gen 3 solenoid and the EP73954 will work. Best Regards, Rosanna

Should the faucet handle have to be turned on in order for the touch function to work? When I touch the faucet the indicator light lights up but the w

I must turn the water handle on in order for the touch feature to work. I thought the water would come on without opening the valve. It works as long as I turn it on first doesn't seem that it should require turning the faucet on.
Asked by: Thomas
Thank you for your question Thomas. The handle on your Touch model will need to be in the "on" position in order to allow water to flow because both the cartridge and solenoid control the water flow. This allows for independent control with the handle for volume and temperature as well as provide a way to turn the water off for general maintenance and cleaning. Best regards, Edward

Will it work for the Soap Dispenser too?

Can this power supply be used for the electronic soap dispensers as well? If not, is there a power supply for the electronic soap dispensers? Do you offer a power supply that supports a faucet and the soap dispenser?
Asked by: Capitals
Hi Tarra, Thank you for your question. We do not currently make a power supply that will work with our electronic soap dispensers. Best regards, Jon

What's the amperage required if im using an universal adapter?

Asked by: Carl
Hi, Carl! Thank you for your question. Our EP73954 unit outputs 9v at 1500mA and uses about 13.5 watts. We do not recommend to use a universal adapter for your Delta Touch2O faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna
