If the diverter is piped wrong is there is there a diverter that works backwards so it works properly

Asked by: David
Hi, David! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is not a way for the diverter in the Delta R10700-UNWS rough valve to work backwards. The piping would have to be replumbed so that the right side would need to be plugged on the diverter body. Best Regards, Rosanna

Asked by: Jerry
Thank you for your question, Jerry. This valve is designed for our commercial T17TH and T13H series models shower trim kits. http://specselect.com/ProductLineSelector.aspx?FunctionType=TubShowerUnits&ActivationType=1 Our residential 13/14, 17, or 17T series trim kits work with R10000 Rough-In Valves. I already have an R10000-UNWS, can I get the diverter valve body separately? If so what is the model?

Asked by: gerp124
Hello, gerp. Thank you for your question! The diverter valve is not available individually but is included with the 061058A diverter, which is part of our commercial line. http://specselect.com/SpecSelectUS.aspx?Page=Products&ProductLineID=105030&BaseID=061058A For a residential setting, we recommend using the R11000 Diverter Rough-In Valve, which allows you to install a standard 3 or 6-Setting Diverter Trim Kit that matches the main valve trim. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/R11000 Best regards, Jon

If I use the Schluter Kerdi mixing valve seal, how do I access the shut off screws after I install the tile?

Asked by: Steve
Hi, Steve! Thank you for your question. The screw stops are located on the bottom of the valve body on both the right and left of the valve body. You will need to take the handle and the escutcheon plate off to access these screw stops. Best Regards, Rosanna

in wall diverter valve?

the difference between R10700-UNWS and R10000-UNWS? I'm looking for valve for tub/shower faucet. Isn't that all valves have in wall diverter or is it specific of certain model? What's its function? Thanks!
Asked by: Jean
Hi Jean, Thank you for your question! The R10700-UNWS includes a diverter valve body for switching between two showers. The R10000-UNWS will be all you will need for a tub/shower faucet. Our tub and showers do not require a separate diveter, as the trim will come with a diverter tub spout. Best regards, Jon
