How do I remove the anti-swivel screw from an old faucet I wish to replace?

This is a T2710 model that has been discontinued. I can't seem to remove the old faucet despite having removed the allen set screw. I suspect the anti-swivel screw is the problem. I have no access to the underside of the tub. How can I remove the faucet? I'd like to replace the trim without having to replace the valve. Is this possible? Here is a link to your parts diagram:

Thank you for your question. After removing the set screw on the T2710, you should be able to lift the spout straight up and off. There may be mineral deposits that are holding the spout on too. Try using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water around the spout to loosen the deposits. The T2710 is not discontinued so you will be able to replace your current spout with another one.
