I have a 2300 series 2 handle shower. I need to replace the housing asembly rp19805

I do not know how to get the lower housing assembly rp19805 out of the housing? Does it just pull out?

Hi Otto, Thank you for your question. After the sleeve assembly has been removed, you should be able to pull the the housing assembly straight out. It may help to wiggle it back and forth. If it seem stuck, you can also try soaking it in white vinegar to help dissolve any mineral buildup. Best regards, Jon

how do i remove the old one to get the new one in?

Hi Gene! Thanks for your question! I will be attaching a video to show how the parts would be removed. If you have trouble getting any of the pieces out, you can try soaking them with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water overnight. I hope this helps! Here is the video:
