i have amodel 172-178 waterfall faucet which leaks at the base of the spout.
I have gotten the spout apart and cannot gst at the O rings to replace them. what do I need to do?
Thank you for your question. If the Delta Waterfall Series 172-178 faucet is leaking from the base of the spout, you would need to replace the RP22934 o-rings and RP21463 retainer clip. I have included the Parts diagram for this faucet below.

I have a Delta model 476 faucet.
It suddenly started leaking water below the handle. I found that the pin that locates the Vacuum Breaker Ball Assembly (P/N RP12301) via the slot in the ball had disappeared and the consequent open hole (which the PIN used to seal) was leaking water. For a repair, I need a replacement pin. However, the only pin I have been able to locate is a locking pin, part number RP64698. Would this be the correct replacement pin? if not, what would you suggest I do for a repair?
Hi Martin, Thank you for your question. The RP64698 is not the correct part number for the piece that you need. The correct replacement pin is available as the RP11840OS.
